Yup, entirely understandable, and you gave it a good go (and didn't come off as a dick). A lot of people with <50 are of course trying to get into freerolls but we don't want to throw the baby out of the bath water and put off the ones who are genuinely expressing an opinion and learning from posting.

You have to understand these people have no clue about hand ranges. For them, hand reading is Negreanu guessing exactly that villain has a given pocket pair on TV. And to people who don't understand the concept of hand ranges, your explanations are just pointless.

About hand ranges, I've read OMGClayAiken's bluff magazine article on G-Bucks like 3 times today and my head has not exploded yet, but it might at any time...

Go to Options / Rakeback and Bonuses / Add Rakeback

but you can only specify a rakeback %, so it does not apply to stars where you'd need to compute that based on the value of vpps.

You can add a bonus when you buy it. That's what I do, so the graph looks sorta steady and then jumps straight up for the value of the bonus when I get it

well I want to reach $1000 before I am rolled so hopefully sometime next month unless I will take shots when I have about 30BI's say play 6 10NL and 4 25NL tables but we shall see how I end up this month first but thankyou for your comment.

wow, you're a BR nit.

don't mix level, imo. It's really confusing and you spend too much time figure out proper bet sizes and stuff. Better to just cut your number of tables by 2 or 3 and play the higher level exclusively.

hmm it's a good article/concept but I was thinking of another one I guess. I can't remember what it was but I remember it was discussing basically nut ranges, basically that if you can represent more nut hands than your opponent you should bet and vice versa. Not an extremely advanced concept but the post was good. I think c9 sent it to me. I'll post it if I find it.

That said, the g-bucks one is still good. Also because he named those but didn't name the range vs. range concept I'm calling them z-bucks.

IMO 30 is more than enough for 25nl. My guess is that you're more than rolled for it now and just judging from your graph I'd say your game is ready as well.

wtf, am i the only person who really really hates the period of time where you run unbelievably godlike (me the past week) because you have to pay for it at some other time (losing 7 in a row to end today). Would much prefer steadyness

Ok Jay, that will be cool yeah, see what you think and what my BR is at by the time the end of the month comes. 545 is only 22 buy ins so dont think its enough yet.

When you move up, you really to consider 2 numbers. How many buy-ins to move up, and how many to move back down.

What is you plan as of now? 40 to move up and how many to move back down if needed?

The trick with taking shots is that you choose a very small spread, like 22/20, So at worse you move down after losing $50. While when you really decide to move up, you usually allow for a larger spread that can handle some running bad before needing to move down.

my plan was 40/30 so 40 to move up and if i lost 10 back down to 10NL leaving me with 30 buy ins still at 25NL
