Sigh . . . I was added to the list like a year ago. I e-mail them every month and get the same automated response every time.

Does anyone else punch their bed, fall on the floor in disgust, crawl all the way to your bedroom door (giving yourself carpet burn in the process), bang your head repeatedly on said door, scream at the top of your lungs (literally screaming as loud as you can until it almost hurts), saying things like "ARE YOU ****ING KIDDING ME?" or "YOU'RE A ****ING MORON, YOU DESERVE TO DIE!!!" or do I have a tilt problem? Seriously this is a regular occurance and I think it means I probably should quit poker because I've become a destructive person and nothing else causes me to do these things. Or maybe it's just normal when losing? Thoughts?

Ya i hope you are exaggerating and if so, it was a good laugh. If you are serious then ya, you got some issues dude. I know I've been known to tilt on a rare occasion (lol) but fortunately if you met be in real life you see that it has extremely LITTLE effect on me personally. I've learned that venting via a blog or CC post usually gets the anger out ... a few hours or a day of break lets the steam cool, and I'm good to go.

I used to slam my fist on the desk, I'm not much of a screamer but I'd get pretty pissed off. Recently I've been doing a lot better though, when someone sucks out I kind of laugh. You don't have to quit poker you just need to change the way you think about poker when you're playing. If you have a DeucesCracked membership try watching Tommy Angelo's Eightfold Path to Poker Enlightenment series, it's pretty great. If you don't...get one I guess :p

One of the best things I've been doing lately is noticing when I start to tilt and take the time to relax or just quit.

New I-Poker ratholing rules started yesterday. You cannot re-join a table with less than you had for 2 hours. OK, you can change skins and do it, but it will really have a pretty major impact on how the 16 tabling SS'er's go about their day.
