I didn't like it.

Have you seen Shoot 'Em Up or Perfume The Story of a Murderer ?
Both pretty low key publicity wise but not bad at all.
Perfume has a lol ending btw.

Question: Is there ever a reason to get all in with AK preflop with a full stack against a typical (not crazy-loose) opponent? In a tournament I have no problem doing this, but at the cash game limits I've been playing it seems like most won't get it all in without AA or KK. Just curious what AIPF thresholds are for you guys.

Player-dependent, of course, but generally?

Basically all player-dependent (like you said). At 200nl with a mid or late position raiser or if I raise first in mid or late position, I am almost always getting AK all-in preflop. Been playing 100nl lately with a bit of 50nl and I've found a ton more spots to only flat AK to a raise and to fold to 3-bets.

Also for results, the AIPF is garbage and doesn't tell you anything. Look for overall winnings when you are either all-in preflop or someone else folds preflop when you have AK to get the real number. I don't know how to do a filter for that though...

HEM really needs an or operator. Anyway, I settled for the filter I did overall with AK then I did with AK and all-in preflop = false and there was a flop seen. That means if we subtract those we get the spots where either you're all-in preflop or there was no flop seen.

overall with AK in last 100k hands:

899 hands - 37.10 PTBB/100
422 hands no all-in and there was a flop 0.97 PTBB/100

Now note that this is also flawed because this gives me credit for AK when they fold but not when they flat. But I should generally be +ev postflop with it when called anyway so I guess that doesn't really matter.

So that means 899 hands won ~334 big bets
422 hands won ~4 big bets

477 hands when I either took it down preflop (or if somehow I folded it preflop) and 330 big bets won, so 69.18 PTBB/100 in that spot? I'll take it ;).

Don't mind foreign movies, but I generally don't care for Japanese films.

Never heard of Perfume, but Shoot 'Em Up is probably one of the best pure Action movies ever made, plus Clive Owen is awesome.

I think he meant queen, i was a bit thrown by this lol

And c9 must be a seriously aggro player if he gets called down with ace high! i dream of having so little respect from others at the tables lol

He didn't get called down, though, all the money went in on the turn with the other guy having a very huge chunk of outs vs C9's range (if not in fact ahead already). I'm not sure I approve of the way he played it, but there's no way he could have folded to C9's shove on the turn even if C9 first flipped over his hand and showed his set. He's, what, 2:1 vs even a set?
