you could think ur good if he has a smaller pp
but cant he have a K or Q a lot of the time as well
and ur just shoving river hoping he doesnt cause u dont have a lot of info

Flop/turn I think I'm good a decent amount of the time. River shove is definitely a bluff.

Well I dont think he is betting a Q here very often so I like a call more than a raise to be honest without reads that he b/f without the nuts(ie folds a K) or value bets very light.

he can value-bet AQ/QJ that double barreled cause our hand basically looks like what it is, a small or medium pocket pair (but once we c/r it obv won't look like that anymore). but yeah, some players are bad at value betting and will isnta-check a Q here without thinking about it, depends. also a c/r will probably fold KJ maybe AK... reads are pretty necessary to give any kind of evaluation. bet size definitely doesn't look strong though

one reason i kinda dislike doing this on this board texture is its easy for them to just decide to put you on missed diamonds or 67

Every bluff needs reads obviously and I would say fold this without any but I am assuming you know this. If he is V betting any Q here its good, if you think he can fold AK on a paired 2 flush board then its good too, I just need a reason to do this.

The bluff is fine, but obviously only given specific reads that he's value betting thin (river bet size suggests he could be) and that he can fold Qx/some kings vs the river c/r.
