Best time to play is when you feel sharp, focused, not prone to tilting and ready to stop if it doesn't go your way. And some decent traffic is needed of course.

I usually play in the morning around 7 am, stop at lunch and start playing again at 1 pm

When you're focused, rested, and with a clear mind — it's not about the schedule, it's about mental state.

From 10am, before I shower and have breakfast, I like it this way because I feel refreshed and rested

In the morning I sleep.
During the day I work.
I only have time to play in the evenings.
But all the major tournaments that interest me mostly take place in the evenings and at night, so this is my favorite time to play.

Any time when u feel good. I would not recommend to play without good mood

I think it depends on how long your sessions are, what games you usually play... the weekends are in general the best as many recreational players have 'free time' to play poker and the traffic/pool is better, but IMO the 'perfect time' to play poker is whenever you are ready for it and you feel like you can bring your A game for a long period of time...

The best time to play poker is when you are mentally fresh and fully focused, because decision quality drops quickly when you are tired or distracted. From a profitability point of view, evenings, weekends, and holidays are often better since more recreational players are active and games tend to be softer. The ideal situation is combining both factors playing when your concentration is high and the player pool is weaker. Avoid sessions when you feel fatigued or emotionally off, because that’s usually when mistakes and losses increase.

I suppose it all depends on where you live. But as long as the time is available, its a good time.

I would say that for me the best time to play poker is in the morning and up to the afternoon. Not at night when I feel very tired . But unfortunately at night ll the interesting games take part and happen , games with the biggest prizepools .

For me the perfect time is when I can start an MTT with a fresh morning brain but still have enough free time to make a deep run if things go well. I play way better when I’m focused and not tired near the final tables. Weekend mornings or early afternoons are usually the sweet spot for me.
