About a 1000 today for the latest surge

I had a good old think about the last downswing and I think I fell-off my game a bit. I'm definately not playing the same way as most in some potential 3 and 4 bet situations because it doesn't suit me. Instead I tend to build pots around the turn. I also was winning by losing less in some marginal situations through good pot control. I think that for a couple of thousand hands I forgot all this and tried to compete on the other guy's territory and got whupped (unlucky as well, but you make your own luck). Tonight I got back to where I want to be and of course got lucky.
