Does it help you in your sessions? Does it relax you? I read opinions.

It helps me to be more focused on the game. It also helps me to better understand the psychology of my opponents at the table and to make the decisions that are appropriate (for example, to play more tight or more aggressive).

It depends on the person, but in my opinion, it doesn't help it actually ruins my game. I've been a stoner for 10 years, and I can tell you that I play 100% better without weed. You're more productive without it. For the last two years, I've only used it before sleep, and I'm considering quitting in the future because it's just a bad habit. Try not to touch your stash until you finish your session and let me know do you perform better with or without weed?

I think weed only helps if you have mental issues like anxiety, etc. But if not, in the long term, it can cause trouble.

The truth is that I consume it from time to time, it helps me to be more focused on the game. Just for that and to relax as well.

Instead of smoking weed a poker player
should take the pot.

As with everything in life, the answer is: It depends!
The amount, the types, the environment... and of course, it depends on the person!

For me, it helps a lot... How else would we be able to bear seeing such stupid things and stay sane? lol

Tea helps me. In general, I think that gambling under the influence of alcohol or other substances is not a good idea. I think players who are sober have a better chance of achieving a good result.

You're not on my list of dangerous players in my notebook. Most likely, we rarely played at the same table. So it's good to hear your ambitions. We will see in our Community tournaments how you can play against Night Fox. ;)

Well yes, freerolls are exactly the place where such players mostly play.:giggle:

I think it's not a good idea to relax while playing for money. I play poker for money, and smoking or drinking while playing is just irresponsible to do something that brings money :)

It may be fun but anything that alters the mood, in theory does not help.
