What would you do with money from a big win?

I would buy a car or a small investment in real estate, and I would keep a bigger bankroll to play higher tournaments and bigger stakes!

Pay down my mortgage, buy a car, lend my brother some money. Invest some and get interest on the deposit. Buy a few new toys that I don’t really need.

I would invest most part of it, spend some and keep a little to play more poker.

First of all, with that amount of money I would use part of it to help my family pay some bills and invite them to travel somewhere

I'd buy an apartment for sure
Edit: if it's a "little" more, I'd invest in an own business, or a franchise

The only thing I know for sure is that at least $10,000 will be reinvested in poker. The rest I'll see how I get the most out of it and if that money is really enough for me.

If I had won a large sum of money, I would have used it for work, namely trading on the financial markets.

I would set up a trust fund for my grandchildren to make their life easier than mine was

Use it to pay for Travel, Hotel bills and buy-ins for Future Tournaments, £100,000 might be a lot of money in some countries, but here in the UK it is certainly not considered enough to retire on, If it was invested into a high interest account you might only get around £5k or £6k interest from it a year.
Now £1,000,000 and that would be a different story, With £50k or £60k a year you would certainly not have to worry about the Government doing away with the "Winter Fuel Allowance" Like they have done this year, and I for one might freeze this Winter, being a retired OAP!

With this amount of money, I would first share some of the money with my relatives. I'll spend the rest on my home and family.

The best scenario to spend $100K winnings in poker would ideally balance long-term financial security and short-term enjoyment. First, set aside a portion for savings or investments, such as in a retirement account or diversified portfolio, to ensure future growth. Use some to build or improve your poker bankroll to play at higher stakes, but only within your limits. Reward yourself with a memorable experience, like a vacation, or purchase something you've always wanted. Finally, consider donating a small amount to charity or a cause you believe in for good karma.

I think I would pay off the mortgage on some of my daughters house, so they can be like me and see how life is without a mortgage payment or rent.

I would pay off some student fees, invest some in my business and help my family out where I can. I'll also go dancing here and there.
