Don't worry about which tournaments, or game types. You should worry about developing your game. Tournaments are good but time-consuming, spin&go are fast but the variance swallows up unprepared players. Cash too. I think you should look for the game you like to play the most and focus on that regardless of which one. And don't mix the types of games, as each one needs to be played in a different way. If you play spin&go like you play an MTT you will lose. If you play an MTT the way you play spin&go you will lose too. Focus on just one style of play and improving your game and the results will come.

I don't think there is a right answer, because it depends of what type of player you are. There are players that play better cash games and others prefer tournaments. I prefer tournaments, specially if it's NLH, because I don't think I'm aggressive enough to have success on NLH cash games.

In my opinion sit in go is the best option, they are faster tournaments and you can do a lot of volume which will reduce the variation a little so your winnings will be more constant since you will reach the prize more often unlike an MTT tournament that you can spend weeks just losing
