I've tried both options, but I've noticed that I play better in shorter sessions, regardless of the time of day.
At night, there are more players and sometimes the games seem more relaxed, but I also get more tired and end up making simple mistakes. During the day, I feel more focused, even though the matches are a bit more difficult.
At the end of the day, I'm trying to prioritize my concentration more than the schedule itself.

For me, the best time to play is in the afternoon; I usually don't play when I wake up because it takes me a long time to get going, and I also don't like to play at night because I lack energy and concentration.

For us Europeans, the only option is evening or night sessions, because most freerolls are scheduled at those hours. We simply don’t have another choice if we want to play them.

Got to be late at night to the early hours of the morning for me guys. Its the only quiet time I get to myself and I can concentrate better and wind down.

I would like to play during the day, because smaller pools of players and more often you catch itm, and therefore easier BM is easier to hold, but with a small child it is difficult to do what you want, lol

so unfortunately there are nights and big problems with BM

Definitely night sessions for me, no contest.

The games are just so much softer at night. You get all the recreational players logging on after work, maybe having a few drinks, and just playing way too loose. Day sessions feel like a grind against tight nits and retired guys who won't give you any action.

It just so happens that in my region there are more tournaments at night, and I've probably just gotten used to it. But in general, it's quiet at night and there's less of anything that could distract you from the game... so the game is more comfortable at night.

It doesn’t really matter to me, but I mostly play in the evening because that’s when most of the major freerolls take place. For MTT players, the schedule matters more, while cash game players can play whenever they want.

10+ min blind levels on the MTT's Weekends(night or day makes no difference). Full-ring cash during the weekdays in the evenings for a few hours when I find the time and have the desire to play.
