i dont see any problem in that, you deposit what you will play with, why you wanna withdraw it again? i only play freerolls, now i can withdraw all the money in the account

I don't know something new. But with PokerStars there is no translation for visa in Russia, and QIWI wallet. For the time being.

so what's the problem ? You can cashout any winnings. WHy do You deposit money You don't wanna play with? If You buy a $50 voucher for movie tickets You also cant cashout $40 after watching the first movie....

I do not understand what the controversy is? It is assumed that if you are depositing money in a game room is to play with that money, then I see nothing wrong.

Withdrawals should be effective at the moment the player requests them, since it is the money obtained as winnings for your game and should be available at any time requested by the player without waiting a long time for him to have cash in your bank account

idk , all the rules on withdrawals are non sence. if you can deposit u should be able to withdrawal just as easy. no extra nothing or make that the policy to deposit as well

I think it's a mistake to create these rules, because the money is ours. If we ask for a withdrawal is because we need we are without money for our accounts, I will make a request and I hope the ps does not create problems ...
