Live Chat is still down for me too. I really think ACR is the best site, but they have sure had a lot of problems going on for the past 3 days :/

Hopefully they will resolve all of this soon. Im looking very forward to the Playpen.

These are suggestions that have already been made to the ACR rep since the rep has been active in this thread. I will update this list every couple of weeks to try to lower the amount of repeated suggestions as we don't want to become repetitive to our poor ACR Rep

Keep in mind that the things on this list are only suggestions made. Just because we make suggestions doesn't mean they will be implemented onto the site.
Also just because a suggestion hasn't been implemented as of now doesn't mean that it isn't something WPN is working on or something they plan to implement in the future.

Tournaments
--------------
- There is no hand for hand play on bubble (Causes stalling)
- No links to tournaments for satellite tournaments
- After top 18 places prize structure (payouts) don't show accurate prize numbers
- Long late registrations (Gone in 60 Minutes has since been added)
- ^More Gone in 60 minute tournaments
- There are no freeze out tournaments.
- Cancel tournaments before they start when an update is scheduled to take place and will interfere with tournaments.
- The ability to unregister from tournaments where a seat was won via a satellite
- The ability to buy & sell satellite tickets to/from other players
- The ability to make "deals"
- Satellite tickets given 'actual' names instead of numbers. (ex. - '56308')

Cash
--------
- Deep tables with and without Antes.
- When disconnected and haven't missed the blinds it asks you if you want to "wait for the bb"
- Add Bad Beat Jackpots


Other
---------
- The ability to transfer money from ACR to BCP and vise versa.
- Zoom poker wanted
- Breaking 'Beast' and 'Sit N Crush' into different prize pools based on limits played
- Clients main lobby pops up whenever you close a table or hand replay
- A feature to turn off Web Browser pop-ups when closing the client
- An updated Sports Betting page
- Having Sports betting & poker use the same funds so there is no need to transfer
- Show mucked cards at showdown when losing player is 'supposed' to show first

Actually the game that I'm talking about was running B4 the MO MO MO promotion . It also has a 10 min blind structure , not 5 like the Mo MO MO games did. I played both during the promo. I'd really like to see it back up, it had around 30-40 entrants every night.And it rarely had to be canceled for lack of players.

Thank you very much. That took care of it. I have experienced this issue before, but this is the first time I've brought it up. It seems my bonus meter is definitely not automatically updating. After you refreshed it, more points than I expected were released. More points than I had earned in the session in question. I hadn't been keeping too close an eye on it, but I have been suspicious during a few sessions that the points were not updating. When I close tables out, my combat and reward point totals update usually, but the bonus meter does not. Thanks again.

I'm not sure if Acr rep and Acr support are the same peoples but someone I chat with at support told me they play. I was asking about what happen to the on demands and his response was everything is fine I was just playing in one.

So I spun into thhe first Playpen for .76c, 1c a try for 76 tries lol. Finished with 1195 chips.

Unfortunately the chip leader at our table would wait until the last second to fold every time it was his turn, and sometimes even activating his time bank. We only played 57 hands in the hour that the game took.

You guys at ACR shouldn't allow so much time for them to act in such a short game IMO. Can't really complain though since I got in for so cheap and left with more chips than I started with.

Preferred seating on ACR has stopped working sometimes recently.
