ACR used to have the best tournament schedule for American players and now there's virtually nothing during the day. any idea if ACR will be resuming business as usual or is this the new way?
 
Looks like on demand and 10.00 free rolls are back up. .50, 3.00, 5.00 on demand available.
 
Did they delete the omaha high low tournament at 9:20pm nightly. I havent seen it lately. I like playing that tournament at night

Some people don't seem to realize your problems are costing you a bundle and it's in your best interest to fix everything! I'm sure your working as hard as you can.

We are working 24/7 and also we are doing our 200% effort on this situation.
 
ACR REP i think someone might have mentioned this earlier but most of the tournaments are not visible unless looking under the ALL tab ... at least for me anyways
 
What a bummer, it seems as if the problems within the sight are becoming more and more regular
 
my computer went to sleep and I wasn’t able to log back in. Restarted computer, back in 🙂

THR and VGN are the only daily Omaha Plo8 games atm not many signing up so they don't start ... pws THR or vgnpoker if that will help get your fix

Thanks, Slim. No need to post a screen grab from mine if they are already aware. Ran smoothly last evening. Today, a blank schedule and an error after hitting log in. Maybe some new servers arrived and are being installed. Let us hope maintenance is complete by 8:00pm.

Yep, appears that their servers are coming back up, kind of. I can't get logged in right now, but at least the client is coming up.

And yes, yesterday went smoothly didn't it. Hopefully this is just some kind of fine tuning, and not another omen. 🙂
 
past 2 days have went nicely, hopefully it gets back to being like that always, sadly i'm having same issue with not being able to log in, but same time no table or tourneys are showing in the lobbies
 
ACR needs to stop making the Russians mad. Just let them win a little and everyone is happy
 
I believe they are still trying to scrape together the overlay for their million $ tourney. Missed the last two... Must have still been a tad short for next one so flipped the switch 😉
 
I spoke with support and the lady's exact words were, "we are currently down due to an unscheduled maintenance and will hopefully be back up in 1-3 hours. Please do not delete and try to re download the poker client software during this time." Between all the DDOS attacks, then it taking 3 withdraw attempts to get half of my bankroll out, and now unscheduled maintenance with little to no word from any one in management things definitely seem even more murky. Hopefully they come back online today long enough to make another withdraw.

I think an official word from the CEO or COO would go a long ways with your customer base ACR REP, this current business model will not keep you solvent for long.

Has anyone received any sort of email communication from them? I Haven't. So if you don't come here at all, you'd just be trying to log into the site with no word of what is happening. Bad for business.
 
Nothing here either. Ever since the "DDOS attacks" I have not been able to receive any emails from ACR or WPN for that matter.
