888 Rep...there seems to be some major confusion regarding the pop up today regarding new bonus policy. What we have come up with is if you are winning you will never get to claim a bonus that is rightfully due. The bonus will only be used by losing players. This hardly seems fair. Are we reading that correctly? Also it looks like if we win the depositors freeroll tickets and cash out before we use them, they are forfeited?

Usually I am all for recommending 888, but this really seems to be against players.

The details are as mentioned in the email players received:

The next wager you make will use your Cash Balance first, before using your Bonus Funds.
Only wagers made using your Bonus Funds will contribute to the applicable Bonus Wagering Requirements.
So yes, as long as the player has non bonus money (cash) in his account he will not wager his bonus.

Regarding this point:

Any remaining Bonus(es) & vouchers, such as: Free Play, Free Spins, Tournament Tickets, Free Bets etc. may be forfeited upon a withdrawal request, as indicated in “My Account”.

We are saying that bonuses may be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

For poker players, only bonuses that were received upon deposit will be forfeit upon withdrawal request.

Once requesting a withdrawal, players will see first which bonuse will be forfeited before submitting the withdrawal.

Another week of not getting tickets for the mix-up? I played the casino Thursday, but didnt receive a ticket

They didn't give me a ticket either !

i did not get the ticket either and they cancelled the tournament because there were not enough players registered.

888 rep, whats up with that? i was looking forward to play it and because this tournament takes almost seven hours to finish, it needs some kind of preparation. very disappointed hope this is now not the new norm on saturday because really i will do something else than play on 888

The honorable representative. What happens to 888 poker? First, you have planned to take away bonuses from players. Now you have not issued a Freeroll ticket from the casino. Players spent their personal money at the casino, but did not get a ticket to play. Why is this happening?

Yep and now several regular Sunday freeroll games are missing. What a shame. Not sure what is happening over there, but with all these happening within a week makes me a bit worried.

So after being told on Tuesday I'd get a response within 72 hours 888 have still no unblocked my account and are withholding funds. Still with no explanation as to why.
Suffice to say I will not be using 888 in the future and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Disappointing service to say the least!

These last two weeks I have noticed that in 888poker in satellites for big fish tournaments they are suspended when they do not reach the required number of players, some countries can not play in that room or something happened?

they are suspended because they not reach the required minimum of players. what is so hard to understand? this is also on other plattforms. if the maximum is reached, you can no more register.

yes not all the world can play on 888, there are some restricted countries. im sure you will be able to google it for more information

888's customer service truly is the worst I have ever experienced.

If anyone cares, the mute sound issues I had, and never got any response from here or 888 customer service, seem to be resolved by setting up 888 to run in Windows 8 compatibility mode.

I have been busy and not playing much, so time will tell if that is a permanent fix.


Nice to have clarification on that no bonus bonus policy ... only for losers, lol. What a way to insult your customer base.

It certainly appears that this ship is sinking.
