I just signed up for 888 poker and was looking forward to getting the new member sign in incentives, but I didn’t get and email to confirm I registered. I am sure that I qualify as I read the qualifications prior to signing up. I have to say that I am a little frustrated, but thought I would ask for your help before getting too upset! Lol.

I did the same sign up bonus when I opened my 888 account also. I couldn’t tell by your message if you had entered the code when you signed up, and least I think there was one to enter, when I did it, I received $1 instantly, along with some tournament tickets, and then went from there. I only got a total of $8 from them, the $80 at the end has a time limit, and you need to earn them a substantial rake for them to release that. I don’t know if I helped you at all

It’s been about 10 months since I joined 888, so I’m only going by hazy memory, best thing to do is to email 888 support and ask if it’s too late. But I feel like there was a promo code section when I signed up, and for the $88 bonus, it was something like promo 88. See if they can put it on your account , or if it is too late

I have tried numerous occasions for the past 2 hours on more than 1 device to go onto 888 and it won’t load. Anyone else having this issue today?

Yes same thing here just spins then says oops something went wrong, this happens almost every week

Same here. I wonder if it is just happening to Canadians as it seems everyone having that problem this morning seems to be from Canada.

I was finally able to log in to the non download version, but it took so long I thought it was going to time out too. Still no luck logging in to the regular version of 888.

Yeah I also haven't been able to get on 888 and I'm from Canada too. Hopefully it's back by this afternoon's freeroll!

I heard they are stopping all tournament play and earlier were limiting people to only 6max tables but now I think they're only allowing HeadsUp play. (social distancing)

Yeah that makes sense, most of the sites have had some downtime over the past week or so given the amount of people at home.

Whenever I read about other peoples issues getting onto a website, most people tell them to use a different browser. I have never had issues with the browser, but since 888 still wouldn’t load for me today, and it’s getting close to the CC freeroll, I decided to try it. Would not load with Safari, so I had to get Google Chrome, and it loaded immediately, so maybe Safari is currently down for repairs

I am not very technically advanced, so what I think I mean, and what I actually mean, are usually two different things. I guess it isn’t really going on to a website, it’s exactly what you said, which is what I was trying to do. But after making that post, I was thinking that Safari is not down for repairs, because it worked on every other site I tried to load, but I still stand by the fact that when I decided to try Google Chrome, I was able to download and open 888 immediately

I take it back, after being able to log in and get the main page, screen goes blank when I try to go to a table. After X-ing the page, now even the main page won’t load

Having trouble getting on the client aswell. Had to play todays game on web browser which takes an age to load. Have messaged support but they don't seem to be aware of anything.
If others experiencing issues could contact support also hopefully this can get resolved.

Unable to login. I get "oops, something went wrong please try again later" message. Uninstalled, then reinstalled. Still unable to login and getting same message.

if players in UK can play on 888Poker, then I'm sure you will be able to as well (as long as you have a bank account there & a home address you can verify).
... at least this is basically how it works for other sites & other countries. I'm not sure exactly how it works in UK though because I think they get taxed on their deposits to the sites (but could be mistaken)

And yah... I can't get on 888Poker today either.
It is frustrating as I haven't played on the site in maybe 4years (up until just a few weeks ago) and now had plans on playing a bunch of MTT's on there (after having played a handful already). Instead I can't play in any (last week it was Partypoker that took a dive on me on Sunday... this week it's 888... sigh. Guess I'm gonna have to play on GGPoker and say 'gg' to the others)

It sounds like you play from the 'web browser' version. (where you can open a 'main page').
On all sites I just download the poker client and then just open it up when I play (or 'try to play'.... or 'try to play.. while I try to play'... because today it seems I cannot even try to play)

Still no luck on 888 today

I was just chatting with the 888poker guy on Facebook. They told me that support is fully aware of the problem and are currently working on it.

Probably not the right place to ask/answer this question, but yes.

131 registered - I managed to register earlier, but could not log-in to play. I could view the game lobby though, but not view any tables.
