so i contacted support and they can't find my old acount which i was using up until last week

so i don't know what to do next

eh, no... because it isnt my original account is Taiwan because I used to live there but the new one is the UK

i spoke to live chat and was making progress but then the window closed they couldn't find my account

started again but this time the nice lady thought i wanted to transfer a bonus so i gave up

got frustrated tried again was making even more progress but the window closed...again

im thinking it logs out automatically in the background if you don't move it or something

anyway i got fed up with explaining the same problem three times to three different people... they were all very nice

i got the 88$ bonus with the new account so that is a positive

just lost my money, tickets, tokens, levels and can't play on the daily freerolls because i deposited with the old account but no way am i doing that again

keep my money i have given up

In general if someone can login with same credentials to mobile, but not PC please suggest to change password to fulfil the following:

-1 uppercase letter minimum
-1 lowercase letter minimum
-1 number minimum
-8-12 characters

When i logged in on that day 1 hour before the tournament the ticket has gone and i couldnt join the tournament.

Also i wanth some one checking my today cash seation i did manual calculation and end it 1 or 2 dolars donw but my balance wenth donw more than 7 dolars,this happend during a crash,my tables got freze at i clouse them,them my balance shonws 198 for some time,them wenth to 211,15 min later to 235 and that isnot the real balance.
