I too have (again) not been able to login.. just like before
All of the 'free tickets'... the ones I've won or earned (I think I have 27 of them on there now) I have not been able to use them. Same goes with the $10k freeroll awarded due to connection problems.
I don't care about the
freerolls. I just want to play! ... & again I can't.
fwiw, as you know, this isn't just a disconnection problem.. this is something much bigger. I'm talking about not being able to login for 48hrs at a time.
One member (orsino) mentioned that they'd noticed they were able to login later in the day (Pacific Time zone) when it is the middle of the night in European time zones. This has it sounding like there's a problem with the site being able to handle the huge increase in player numbers this past few weeks due to coronavirus. If this is indeed the issue, wouldn't the tech dept. be able to give some sort of timeline on a fix?
I don't expect you yourself to be able to fix these problems (obviously) but I think it's important that you're made aware of them. From reading your post above it sounds like you might not be. (although previously it seemed you were). I've also noticed on 2p2 there are a large number of people complaining about the issue as well.
I sure would love to be able to play on 888 today. I was able to play on it last night (Later in the day) for a short while. It just made me want to be able to play on it some more (ie. like set up a schedule for myself where I can arrange my time in advance, with expectations of playing in a few tournaments on 888... as it is now, I can only guess... and I don't even dream of playing MTT's... it's try to log in... then hop on a cash table for awhile... then try again later).
