connection problems

For the last few months i have disconnection problems.It always throws me out of program and i have to log into software again. And offcourse i lose the money i already put into the pot. (i play ring games).
I checked my connection and checked with my internet provider and everything seems to be ok. Interesting thing is that almost always disconnections start happening after midnight Britain time (mornings here in Thailand). Is it my connection, my computer, their servers.....? Do u have any suggestions regarding this for me? What should i do? How should i find and resolve this?
Another interesting thing is that after i have been disconnected i always lose players notes.
Please help me with my problem.

Means the same thing, you have to deposit money to get the deposit bonus.

I would like to ask u something else also. I havent been credited with ant ticket for galaxy of freerolls. I m sure i have completed AK apollo landing missons (i regulary play NL10 cash games). Or maybe i dont understand the requirements correctly. How do u actually get freerolls tickets for galaxy of freerools? I already asked support this but they said that i get tickets for hand of the day regulary. Galaxy of freerolls and hand of the day isnt same thing yes? Thanks for ur answer

Googled a little and found articles from january 2017: "888poker leaves Australia and Slovenia. Players from both countries will no longer have access to 888poker's real money games."

Also i believe that in the last 2 years some cardchatter asked twice for any slovenians here. Not sure but i guess he never actually found one lol :hmmmm2:

If you are still doing the hand of the day promotion you can't do the Galaxy promo.
The hand of the day is slowly closing down and is being replaced by the Galaxy promo so I am sure that yours will be changed sometime soon.
