Yes it is an older version feature linked to the old reward system but a new system was introduced at the start of March and more information can be seen if you click on My Profile then my888poker club and click on the menu items for more information.

Can be confusing since it doesn't indicate your progress to complete the Bonus. In My Profile (Mt888PokerClub), you can see your Tokens, levels, Bonuses but that's it.

You can see "Hot Bonus" but again no indicator on progress. Just describes expiry date, amount, restricted.

Software still being updated?

Hi there, I made an account yesterday on 888poker after sawing some of the mentioned of the site on this forum. My username there is lmfinley. I signed up and received the tournament tickets, so I decided to just play out the tournament tickets before making any deposit. 5 hours and 23 tickets later, I got an email saying that I was suspected of fraudulent activity and my account was closed.

So the problem now is, I am unsure whether it is because I have yet to verify my account since I had only just made it. And I cant verify it without going into the game itself. Also, since I got suspended, and that the new players tournament tickets expires in 24 hours, I lost the chance to play the remaining tickets, would there be a possible solution for that?

(I had replied the email regarding the fraudulent activity as soon as I saw it, but have yet received a reply. Been wanting to play but the suspended account is depressing.)

Support will get back to you in due course and you can explain to them about your expired tickets if everything is ok regarding their investigation.

Problem to register in freerolls

I have been having problems to register for the free rolls since always are restricted? Maybe it is an English problem but to me free rolls should be free.

Please let me know if you tie the free rolls to any other requirement.

Which freerolls are you talking about because quite a few are restricted to what levels players are in our rewasrd system etc.

A freeroll is a tournament where is there is no buy-in or entry fee. It doesn't mean everyone can play.

Check the individual game lobbies as it gives more information on who is elligable to playing them.

all day failed the connection 888poker , but not if my computer or 888 , I could not play all day and not the frerroll today , any of you know what is happening and when they will have to arrange I get

It looks like it's all tourneys. A $0.99 frenzy $2000 guaranteed was supposed to start just now and it showed just 5 players entered (minimum number of entries is 10).
I guess we'll soon see what happens with the weekly CardsChat tourney in 20 minutes.

I don't think this is correct. I have moved up at least 1 level each week since the new VIP program came about and I am yet to receive a ticket for the all in tournament.

Yes it is incorrect as per my knowledge. To get better idea of the challenges and rewards go to my 888 club or something. I think you get 4 tickets, 2 3k & 2 6K for levelling up and there are others rewards as well for playing 60 raked hands and being active etc. All details will be on that page where you can see your status, bonus points and all.

Yup, I've gone up 3 levels recently and no 10k all in tickets, but I did get the expected 3k and 6k tickets.

Sorry guys but we were suffering a hardware malfunction causing the lobbies not to update so unfortunately we cancelled all tournaments until the problem got fixed.
Everything is working again now.

Thanks for the update, however would it not be better to inform us of the problem and ETA beforehand rather than informing us after it is resolved? Just a suggestion.

Please download 888poker from our site with your Mac computers (we will wait to see that there are no complaints before we go ahead with automatic update). We have an updated version up with the fix to the sound issue, with final table deals and more.
