As it's only a small device we can only use a limited amount of settings and we can't make things bigger. You can only do that on bigger devices like a laptop for instance.

Yes sure i checked and there is no option to turn off avatars and change sound settings. You can only turn on and off sound. It woukd be nice to activate only warnings when its your turn.

I detailed my situation already, but I started a separate thread as I am pretty... no, make that VERY... unhappy with the way 888 is treating me.

But my main question for you, as you have already pointed out in this thread that my situation is not something you can help me with, is this: Why are all emails I send to [email protected] and [email protected] get returned as non-deliverable when, 2 weeks prior, they were both valid?

The reason I am using the emails above is I have had multiple (see link) communication with support over these, now I am blacklisted or blocked or IDK, but my mails are all rejected or refused, for whatever reason.

All I want is to withdraw my money. And when I requested, my account was closed, I never believed stories like this when I read them.

But all I want to do right now when someone mentions 888 is tell them to stay away. I believe my situation is not the norm, but, for me, right now, it is the 888 norm.

Is this room legit? Downloaded it today and tried play a freroll but it says I need to make a deposit in order to be able to play a freroll. I am ok with depositing a litle money but is it possible to cashout without sending my ID later on? I don't even get why all the rooms ask for my ID, i am not thrilled to send them my documents...

You will be asked for your ID at some point and that would apply to almost all poker rooms.

Thank you, I was worried about that :( for now playing only on PokerStars because I had an account there since 2009 and it is approved. But I feel like PSs rabeback is so tiny, barely 20% so I wanted to check other rooms.

888 has now been in touch and it looks as if it was a case of the left hand not knowing what the right was doing, because of the new German gambling laws. My account was deleted due to this but accounting had a record of my funds and they assure me a manual payout is possible.

They are, however, asking for the same info I have already provided, but just the fact that there is again a conversation is comforting.

I have the same problem with the new update. Even tried downloading 888 directly from its page.

On the other hand, I was able to download the update with no issues on my phone.

Both my brother and I get this message when trying to log in...



I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, cleared cache and done a disk cleanup, but every time the same pop up when I try to log in.

I can get in through my ipad, but I hate trying to play on it.

Edit: I re-read your reply to mohamed48 and I missed where you said to restart after uninstalling but before installing again so I tried that too, but the problem persists, I'm still getting that same error pop up.

Did it all, twice. Same error pops up.

BTW, as I always have to do, I put on hold my antivirus while downloading/updating 888 Poker. If I don't, it doesn't allow me to do so. Just letting you know it has nothing to do with my antivirus.

hello rep

there is a huge gllitch with the "show your cards after folding" feature. now the cards show in the same colour as if you are still in the hand when the feature is activated and it does this even when its not activated. please report that to the tech team, its not very comfortable if you think you are still in the hand after folding.

We have been informed that the cards will remain highlighted after folding as this is the new implementation for the show/muck hands.

so this is not a glitch? sorry but thats a very bad new implementation then. the option show your cards: "upon sliding the mouse over the name plate" or "as faded cards untill the end of the round" are still there in the menu but no more work now and the cards are by default highlighted? do you know how disturbing this is when playing more than one or two tables?

why was this implemented? to be able to show folded cards after the round is over? you guys should at least give us those two options mentioned above back please.
