Hello Rep

Why is it that when i loose connection and then reconnect, that unnecessary pop-up pops up with the reminder for the daily spin? That pop up comes also at the beginning when i log in. Its both on the app and desktop software.

On this already mentioned daily spin the prize is like 99,9 percent a ticket for a daily freeroll. Its just so unnecessary and disturbing to promote that spin multiple times and also with pop ups when you guys could just put 2 tickets in every account every day. Also it looks bad to totally new players since they think they spin a random wheel and then win the same prize all the time. They might think the site is rigged which i can kind of understand if they are totally new to online poker.

Please think about this and please give us an option to dissable pop ups.

My mother-in-law just bought herself a new computer with a bigger screen and she installed 888 on it. The software is just too small for her new screen. Is there any way to make it bigger please?

edit: problem solved by using a different screen resolution

Please, fix that damn mobile app! I was doing well in 2 tourney and it told me there is problem in my internet connection. Funny that I still can write this if my internet doesn't work. I can't login at all this app. There are smaller hiccups too. For example, there are countless popups thanking me for playing tournaments good knows how long time ago. They just jump at my screen rabdomly when I am doing something else... playing, browsing tournaments... anything. That's not a biggie really, but after taking your time and doing well in a tournament when things just halt that's when you feel you want something else than "our apologies".

During the session, I spent about - $ 50, and then in the special mode of the game Cops N Robbers Megaways at a rate of $ 1.60 a bonus dropped out and the game was frozen. When the game was restarted, the recording of the last spin and the drop of the bonus was played, and again the game was frozen. After multiple calls to technical support, I was allegedly returned $ 1.60, but the bonus win was not paid.

Another fake promotion? we are still missing all the tickets from last splash promotion. Why would anyone play in this one when you just expire the tickets anyway?

Why can't I play with browser version today? I tried to play the $500k Kamikaze with browser, first it opened just blank table (just an empty black box), and the tournament doesn't show at all in my tournaments.When I signed in with my phone I could enter the tournament. Now, during break when I logged in with browser version (or this No download thing what ever it should be called) it is like the whole tournament didn't even exist. In my phone it opens just fine.

Another gripe with the Splash $500k Kamikaze promotion - I have four more tickets to get to day 2, but because I went through in the first day 1 tournament I now can't play again to try get a higher chip count?

Stated clearly under the promotion, "any leftover tickets can be used even after the promotion has ended" So just stop yourself with more lies? But if this is the final decision from 888, i guess its time to take it to the gaming committee and file an official complaint.
