888poker LIVE Weekend Returns to Grosvenor’s Victoria casino, London

A special KO event will feature new 888poker ambassador Chris Eubank Jr. at the final table!

The 888poker LIVE Weekend event is due to take place from 17 - 20 February at ‘The VIC —home to London’s longest-running – and most celebrated - poker room.

The weekend consists of two primary events –

The first event is a Chris Eubank Jr. KO 45-player Sit &Go. Players will battle it out for a seat at a 6-handed final table where Chris will take his seat as 888poker ambassador.
The event will feature a £10,000 prize pool in addition to a £10,000 bounty on Chris’ head!

The second event is a multi-flight £444 buy-in No-Limit Hold’em tournament.

Emailed support and they won't give me anymore tickets even though I completed the challenges and now they say:

Kindly take note that for 24 hours you can receive only one ticket per challenge completed even if you complete it for multiple times.

This almost always happens at 888 poker at the beginning of promotions and only over time everything starts to work. And the support team is very slow to respond.

Thanks, but they are still saying:

I am writing to you in regards to our Ace the Slopes promotion. As my colleagues previously mentioned, kindly note that as per the terms and conditions of the offer you can win only one ticket per challenge and only three tickets daily

This is not what the terms say and other people are able to get 3 tickets by doing the same challenge.
 
Can confirm, three tickets per day from the same challenge.

I also wonder, can we complete 9 challenges in the same day to get a red run ticket? Terms unclear.

Terms say only 3 count/day:
  • Player is limited to up to 3 daily challenges, to be counted towards the weekly challenge.

why did you guys change the payout of the sports bet freeroll to bonus money? that tournament is now completly worthless.

what a weird idea seriously, why should i wager almost 70 dollars with the 2 dollars that i won and also why should i do this if i have to touch first my real money? makes zero sense rep. thanks.
 
Ok I just received this from yesterdays freeroll.

So you want me to wager $16.50 for a $0.55 prize?? Unbelievable. Forget it then.

Yea the sports freeroll is useless now. I have stopped playing that freeroll
 
Is it possible to restore access to an account that was about 8 years ago? anyone in the know?
 
ALL the bonus promotions are total shite on 888 I am afraid. You have to go bust to get them.

At least the other promotions are still cash prizes, was worried a bit there. Playing the 100k in a few days.

Hi888.Today I was unable to enter the CC freeroll 20 minutes before the start and 15 minutes late registration, it was necessary to update 888, the update lasted about 1 hour, this is already the 3rd CC freeroll that I cannot enter, please explain the reason.

Same thing has been happening to me (except that I wasn't able to get my anti-virus to stop fk'n with it).

Why would something like this happen with 888Poker? I've NEVER had this happen with ANY of the other sites during one of their updates. I was actually hoping to play on 888 today but I haven't been able to.

That would be my first update, but I get an error code and it required to delete and re-install the whole thing again. Tried to delete it, but I get this:

And so far, even I used a friend link to register, I didn't get a 20$ bonus (is it a rake-bonus?) and a ticket as a new account.

Also our country's flag was not right as the colours were in the wrong order in the web client. So yeah, these things are pretty disappointing for a new member.
