Delete the shotcut and put 888 in the computer search and delete everything you find then restart the computer and all should be gone.

I've not had any of the casino scratch cards(I assume you mean those as the club scratchcards have been scraped).

The 'fortune wheel' is dependant on multiple factors. It is rigged but legitimately. The more you contribute to 888Poker profits the better the spins get. It is an incentive to play more and deposit more on the site.

The 'hands of the day' is dependant on the buy-in level you are playing I believe. It looks like you get a range of multiples of the buy-in as a payout (I don't know if that is the fact). In my experience the specific hand of the day comes up just as often as on any other day. You can play for over an hour to get the required number or you can be lucky and get the required number fairly quickly.

So your question of are they rigged, is yes. But rigged in a way that you understand.

The mechanics are detailed in the T&Cs. I do not believe anyone in the forum will be able to tell you the specific % on each game.

I was account in the Pacific poker and I dont know I have to registration a new account or I can use the old.

The hands I play @ 888 show in the Hands2Note App as 'Pacific', so I imagine that they have some connection.
I suggest you to try log in with your Pacific Poker account. If it appears that the user don't exist, try to create a new account.

Yes it was called Pacific poker, just try and login to 888poker but if you can't then please contact [email protected] and they will advise you.

Thanks. I tried to login but it wasn't succesful. I played the last games there more than 10 years ago. I tried to ask a new password but the mail haven't arrived.
So I will contact the support may be they help me.

One of the 888Poker ambassadors plays from Austria, so you should be able to play.

I would advise you to contact 888Poker support to determine what platform you should be downloading and playing on.

The 2nd time in 3 weeks the tickets for the saturdays casino mix up freeroll have not been issued. Its happening more and more frequently so please can you send this over to your tech team?

This makes 3 straight weeks I haven't got the casino mix-up ticket.
When this happened in the past 888 would just give a ticket for next week, but we aren't even getting that now.

I'll be watching to see how many people enter the game tomorrow just to see how many did get tickets this week.🙄

It came very late, but I just checked and I do have a mix-up ticket now. Did you get yours during the night?

Yes it came very late. Normally they send it a lot more early. I wonder if it had to do with the post here but i doubt it.
 
888 freeroll

did not receive a ticket to casino free mix up poker tournament e mailed supporp weeks ago and they agreed it was their fault passed to supervisor two weeks ago still no resolution or reply from 888
 
I signed up at 888 a week ago or so, won money at a CC-issued freeroll and played some games at the Casino - yet never made a deposit.

Is that the reason why the Winner Spinner (sorry, is that how you call it?) only shows an error page for me? That'd be unfortunate, because it's one of the main incentives I even signed up at your place.

I play through the app all the time (I don't even own a PC). 🙂

But I don't quite understand what you mean by 'log in to the cashier' ... Anyways, because I live in a foreign country for the next two months I'm not in the position to even make a deposit until I'll return back home, so for the moment I can't solve this problem on my own.

hello in the promotion of hand of the day to fulfill the challenge 15 days in the month I earned 10 dollars but the previous month and this month I did not get the automatic email to claim them, the previous month as I won once 10 dollars I guessed it was that but I already checked it and it wasn't like that, did the promotion change?:jd4::jd4::jd4::jd4:
 
Hi my 888 poker app keeps crashing with a white screen on PC.
Is there any fix for that ?

I did Uninstall &reinstall but the issue keeps repeating

888Poker keeps fk'n up on my computer.... ever since an update ~4mos. ago. Also, my anti-virus keeps blocking it. I have to disable my A.V. when playing on 888Poker. (wtf?)
