Yes the PC App is very bad .
I play on my mobile so can't play large buyin tourneys only Micros.

This point is an area of confusion because when I've asked this question of 888 Tech support staff via your "Contact Us" link on the 888 Website, they never answer this question.

On the Terms and Conditions page on your website, there is no mention that a minimum amount of rake fees need to be paid in order to qualify.

Your T&C's page does not say there is a minimum rake paid requirement BUT your daily email to me each day says there IS a minimum wagering requirement with respect to Rake paid.

My playing experience each day tells me that there IS a minimum amount of daily rake that must be paid before I qualify to win each day's HotD challenge but I'd like to know for sure.

Just wondering what the minimum casino wagering requirements you have each Thursday in order to qualify for one of the weekly $1,000 Free Mix-up freeroll tournament tickets? And does it matter if you play slots, roulette, blackjack or any other of the casino games?

I have searched this thread to see if that question has been answered but did not see any posts to that effect.

I NEVER stated that I thought I wasn't paid correctly. I asked 2 questions which you have inexplicably and irritatingly decided to ignore so I will ask them again as I'd really like answers to them.

Please also don't refer me to 888 Support because I'm fed up with the "support" I receive there. Support staff are clueless and they also never answer my questions and repeatedly regurgitate information to me that I'm already well aware of. Hello. I just logged in with my Ontario account for the first time, and they gave a bunch of tickets as a welcome bonus, but they all expire in 23 hours. There are not enough games even available to play to use all the tickets in 23 hours lol I already emailed support about that one, but I have a question..
I don't see any sngs Have they been moved maybe??

So I am assuming that you are all being upgraded to be a regulated site but are having issues but all I can suggest is to keep trying to download and try and contact 888 via the support address that is given on the site.

Check your profile to make sure the address info is in the right place. My house number was listed in the line for street name and it could find me.

Hey, thanks for the tip! You are probably correct - I just moved (still in Ontario) but 888 has my old address.

According to Support, I cannot change my address in my profile until I can prove I live at my new location. So that is probably mixing things up.

I have to wait until my new DL arrives, or I have some kind of mail arrive in my name, upload that to 888, and wait until they approve it. That will likely solve the issue.
