I have written the same in another thread and I will copy it here.


I played one of the WC freerolls and I got a $2 sport bonus. After reading the rules I thought it was clear to me, you had to wager 6x the bonus amount with min odds of 1.50.

I have around $155 of real money. So after wagering around $30 in the Sports book, I checked the bonus bar and it was stuck in the middle, not cleared.

I sent support a mail and after waiting for a week they send me this reply

"I've checked your account and I can see that you have that bonus balance of 2 USD and another 155.42 USD in real cash funds.

In our Bonus Policy it states that: "If you have both Available Funds and Restricted Funds in your account, the next wager you make will use Available Funds first. Restricted Funds will only be used once your Available Funds balance is zero."

So all of your bets were made using real cash funds and that's the reason why the wagering bar isn't updating."


Can you believe that ? ??

So they want me to lose $155 first to clear a $2 bonus?

I have asked them to remove the sport bonus , I am worried they will stop me to withdraw my real money balance that I earned through poker tournaments mostly, but also some sports bets there.

I am in shock right now and waiting for an update.

Why do u care so much? If you do not want the bonus dont use it. It gets removed automatically after some time and it does absolutely nothing bad to you 🙂

Why make such a drama for nothing and bother support with this? The bonus not hurts you or ur roll or ur account or anything related with it.

I'm having an issue with the daily spins and gift drops, for the last 3 days I haven't been able to get either.

The pop up for the spin doesn't come up and when I click on the free spin button it says I have already done my spin.
I know the issue is not on my end, I tried the non download version with no luck and the mobile device spin isn't working as well.

I checked with my brother and he is having the exact same issue. If I had to guess I'd say the day isn't resetting (as in you can do the spin and get another round of gift drops every 24 hours).

I don't know if it is just a small group of us affected or maybe it's just Canadians since I don't see anyone else saying anything about this, but I do know it's not just me and it is not on my end.

I appreciate you sending this over and the 888 support team did reply, but I get the impression they didn't look very closely at the issue.

Today makes 4 days with the same problem and as I mentioned the same issue appears for myself and my brother over multiple devices (his PC, my PC and my ipad) so it is definitely not an issue on my end.

They also say the technical team has found that since the report was made I have been able to claim these promotions, which is clearly false.
Even a cursory look at my tickets will show no new ones have been added over the last few days and the ones I have left from before this problem appeared will all expire in the next 2 or 3 days. I suppose maybe they saw I still have tickets and thought I was getting new ones.

I did reply directly to 888 support with all the specifics so hopefully they can figure out the real problem. I'll give it a few days before bringing it up again, just long enough for all my leftover winner spinner and gift drop freeroll tickets to expire so I can grab a screen shot showing 0 tickets so it will be obvious I'm not getting any new ones.

I know it's not a big deal as the above tickets constitute the vast majority of tickets from the spin and gift drops and have very little real value, but it is annoying when something doesn't work properly and even more annoying when it doesn't get fixed in a timely manner.

More issues with 888.

In addition to the previous issue, which still hasn't been fixed, I got an email today asking me to verify my account.
I verified my account years ago, but I suppose it could be that it needs to be updated, which I have no issue with.

Those links never ever work. I was not able to open one single promotion link since i play there. they not seem to care because it was brought up multiple times in different support threads but the links are still never working (at least for me)

Log into the software and then under cashier u can upload your documents. They wanted this from me a few days ago too and i was already verified too.

Thanks for that, it was quite helpful.

I didn't notice the Verify ID link on the cashier page, but took a closer look after reading your post. You would think 888 would have mentioned that, or sent me directly to the page to enter my ID.

I just submitted my documents, but earlier I also contacted support as I still have an open case regarding promotions (spins and gift drops) not working and included my documents and asked them to forward them to the appropriate department so I should have all the bases covered.

I just hate how confusing and difficult even the simplest things seem to be these days.

I wonder why I don't see the “888 poker” tournament list “Cardschat $100 Bronze Freeroll”?
Where and what should I change?
I'm chasing the help suggestions.
For some reason, German players cannot see those tournaments. Same with silver tournaments.

But I'd be happy if the rep could investigate together with the 888 team why that is.

Although other freerolls and also CC platinum games are available in the lobby for me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It doesn't open for me, first it was because it detected it as a virus and I fixed that by removing the antivirus while I was opening it, but now the software doesn't even open for me, I already uninstall and install it, delete cookies, clean records and I still can't open the software, I can only play on the cell phone:cry::(

For some reason, German players cannot see those tournaments. Same with silver tournaments.

But I'd be happy if the rep could investigate together with the 888 team why that is.

The German market is now regulated so please mail your German support and they will assist you with your issues.

Used to love 888 and played there a lot but no more. Since they introduced their ridiculous bonus rules I hardly
ever play there.
These days if you get a bonus from they it is basically near impossible to clear cos they always use your cash money
as buy ins and only clear your bonus when all your cash has gone. I have written to them about this but no reply so I keep away.

I contacted 888 support to ask why I was never able to get the daily free spin, and they told me that "due to an internal decision" i'm "not elegible to receive any promotional bonuses".
Isn't that unfair? I ask for the reason but they don't know what to tell me. "The support team are not privy to the exact reasons..."

option to turn off those annoying avatars
option for only playing warning sounds
option to change felt colour and table design
option for turn off throwables
tournament filters that go untill zero and not only untill 5 dollars

i play on the app almost daily. thanks.
