I wanted to register for the 888poker.de program yesterday. I don't know how many password combinations I've tried. None was accepted. I wrote to support yesterday. Apart from an automated answer, nothing has come up so far.

The support has reported. I probably registered a few years ago, but never played.
Also, I installed the wrong executable. Now everything works.
The only thing I didn't get was the $88 bonus then and I haven't gotten it now.

It can take up to 72 hours for support to deal with your issue.

I'm not sure why 888 bothers with that wheel spin when you open up the site???? It is worthless.

Why not instead offer up something of value? Why not give a wheel spin for say something like 100 raked hands at minimum 10nl level (or even 5nl). It would get many more players on the tables, generating more rake >> attracting more players >>> generating even MORE rake >> which in turn would attract EVEN MORE players... etc. etc.
You could give away Tournament tickets... which in turn would Increase player pools for tournament >>> which would then lead to >>> MORE PLAYERS on the site >>> which would then lead to BIGGER GTD. Prizepools >>> which would then lead to MORE PLAYERS!
More players = More Rake/tourney fees.

But why would 888 do something like this? Why would they do much of anything to increase player traffic, improve software, build a business, etc.
It seems to be the same thing happening there for many years.
BUT.. I still play a bit on there (BUT would LOVE to play MORE!)

I actually won an 888poker $16.50 ticket a few days ago while watching his stream. So far it has just sat in my account, saying that no tournaments available at this time (but it has been that way 24hrs./day)

On the cash tables I often see someone join the table with more than the allowed maximum deposit. How are they doing that? Is it a transfer from another table, and if so how can I do it?

They are sitting down at a table they were playing at before, in this case you cant sit down with less, e.g. if you leave with 130bb you need return with the same 130bb (I.e. cant go south by leaving and rejoining the table)

Why aren't the correct amount of 888 club points carrying over to the next level?
When I progress though the levels I'm only getting 2 club points carried over no matter the tournament. Yesterday I had payed a $20+2 tournament but only received 140 points because I progressed to the next level and only received 2 point on the new level these point would not be effected by any challenges?
I'm now over 200 club points short of what I should have.
I have contacted support many times and alway get the same generic response asking for details of the tournaments. when I send the details to support they always say they can't find the tournaments
