How accurate is this, and why can't I log in after making several attempts (not even an error code) ?

I would recommend reinstalling the client but make sure you restart your device before installing it again.

My account has been blocked for over a week now. Ive uploaded my passport as requested, but ops dept first said they need the signature page (not sure how my signature validates my ID to them!), I sent another image with signature that I recently used to renew my driving license in the UK. Apparently while the clarity was good enough for the UK govt to process, it wasn't upto 888 standards!
Oh, and they allowed me to deposit funds before the security check, but now I can't withdraw my funds unless I login, which I can't do because Im blocked.

Can I please have your poker user name.

I'm having terrible experience. It's really terrible!
About 2 weeks ago I've been asked to verify my account again... don't know why, but I've received email with request to upload addition documents.

here is what I did
1) at first I've uploaded photos of my passport, but it was rejected - I've received email asking to provide another document like a bank statement.
2) So I've opened my online banking and made screenshots and sent them, it was rejected and they've asked me to send photos of utility bills.
3) I've sent photos of utility bills - they're not in my name, they're in the name of house holder, and actually only 2 utility bills have address on them, others only have numbers and codes... HOWEVER on the utility bills that I've provided LAST NAME IS THE SAME as my last name, and address in both of utility bills is my address, the same as it is in my passport. Because householder is my relative. BUT it was rejected! And then this Tuesday I was asked to provide bank statement.
4) So I went to the bank and asked them to print my bank statement, so they printed out last 2 months. HOWEVER there was no address one these papers. And bank manager told me that such is the bank statement that they're giving to all customers. I've uploaded the photo of the bank statement and today i received email that restrictions been placed on my 888 account and that I need to upload documents again.
5) I don't have any utility bills on my name. I've tried to upload 11 photos of all my documents and bank cards together, but at the cashier verification page it didn't let me to upload more than 3 photos... SO FAR During these 2 weeks I've provided screenshots of my bank account and bank card statements, photos of my passport, photos of utility bills at my address, went to the bank to print paper statement and provided photos of this statement...

I can not clearly understand what is the problem in verifying my account or my address or my name, or whatever this verification process is trying to verify.

We have to get accounts verified regularly due to the governments money laundering rules.
Can I please have your poker user name?

I have an 888poker account, but I have a great limitation to be able to deposit and withdraw from this room, since I live in Venezuela and it is only allowed, according to the 888poker cashier, only visa and mastercard.

For us Venezuelans it is very difficult and expensive to obtain these credit cards and even more so for a microlimit player like me.

So my question is if there is no other method to be able to make deposits and withdrawals?

Why don't they add the option to deposit and withdraw via WebMoney to make it easy for Venezuelan players to play at 888Poker? Skill and Neteller were an option years ago but stopped providing services in Venezuela.

It feels like 888poker has been trying hard to promote their BLAST games (an easy money/rake grab for sure) AND they've made them a bit better by getting rid of the automatic allin stuff on that timer... but do you think they would consider making an option to choose a 25bb starting stack (as well as the current one). The games really don't give you an option to do much of anything.
Also, the little wheel spinner that selects the prizepool, who's idea was it to make it JUST ABOUT STOP on the large enticing number... but then Ohhh... too bad, you just get a 2x prizepool. This doesn't excite, motivate anyone I know of to play more games. Instead it honestly feels like an insult to human intelligence. It is the same type of deal with that 'FREE SPIN' when you log onto 888. "Oh look!!!! I 'almost' won a $1 gajillion dollars... but at least I got this freeroll ticket! Maybe... just MAYBE 'next time'! I'll be certain to log in tomorrow just to see if I WIN the big spin!!! And if I don't... well I'm on there now anyways... why not play a few games... why not play off my 'free' BLAST ticket where I AL MOST won the biggie.... that spinner was JUST ABOUT TO STOP... Oh.. hang on now!!! I think it's really going to stop on the big one for me this time... LOOK LOOK>.... IT IS STOPPING!!!!! Oh... nope. BUT ALMOST!!!!!!!! Looks like I got a 2x this time.
Honestly it's corny. It's silly. It's poor marketting imho.

You guys currently have access to one of the top midstakes MTT players online today... and a former SNG regular at all stakes (& a SPIN pro too). Why not utilize him MORE and make some changes so you can try to compete with some of the other sites for a bigger chunk of the player pool. imo, there's really no good reason you guys can't go after it.

As a long time recreational player, it's painful to watch some of the sites make seemingly bad choices over the years while you watch others dominate and monopolize as a result. But what do I know, maybe catering to the online poker market is worth mere pennies compared to CASINO stuff, feeding off of the gambling addicts. (Look at Las Vegas... a city built upon it )

Ops have now resolved the issue. However, all of the 'welcome' bonuses etc have now expired as a result of 888 delay. Please advise how 888 will recompense this loss as a result of its failure ?

I just wanted to mention something.
I noticed (yesterday) that the player I was referring to was actually asking for input on his discord so that he could take it to a meeting at 888 as they were asking him for some input. This is all great stuff. So glad to see they're using him for this.

I have been back and forth with customer support regarding last weeks rakeback promotion. 888 was offering up to 50% rakeback for 2 weeks, I received the rakeback for the first week. The second week I qualified for 50% rakeback and never received an email or the rakeback. This is over $500. Customer support is saying that if I don’t receive the email until tomorrow, unfortunately I will not get rakeback. I have hand histories to prove rake paid, everyone in a discord group in part of got their rakeback, but not me.
