I placed a withdrawal request two weeks ago, and it's still being processed. Can you find out why I'm not being paid (my nickname is mssmotilda)? Previously, it always took me three days to withdraw my money. I think this is a very bad trend for the room; reliable withdrawals are the most important thing for players.

I need some advice.

I uploaded these documents
- passport
- drivers license
- ID card
- gas bill
- light bill
- monthly bank statement
- property tax bill

but still 888 won't complete my verification. It felt like i was talking to an AI bot in the live chat cause it kept repeating standard responses, and I asked if it was an AI and it said it wasn't... Anway, i'm not sure what to do, the id i made fotos with my cellphone and the gas/light/bank are simply as-is which i get by email from my utility provider by email. The support kept repeating it's waiting for other documents and i'm at a loss trying to understand what else it wants from me.

Can anyone give me some feedback on how to proceed next?

(obs: live support won't tell me why they reject documents, whether it's cause they're pdf and not photos of print-versions, what else i can try, and it will only give me standard -copypaste responses like

ah ok good to know, tnx. Any suggestion on what i should do next? I find it difficult to get any help from support finding out what i should do or try or what the issues or problems with what i sent is. All the documents are legit and i'm very surprised that the verification process is stuck somewhere at all.

I'm sad and 'glad' to see that I'm not the only one in problems with 888poker's withdrawal. My account in old and I could take my money everytime, but now they are putting problems that don't exist (for example: 2 deposits few months ago: 1 by pix and 1 by muchbetter. They are justifying that I need to send my bank informations to do my withdrawal (but they have already and, btw, I made deposits in another methods) and, when I sendt, they don't accept. But I'm not trying take my money by bank!

@888Rep what can I do? I was talking in the help center but nothing happens.

It's frustrating that many of us can't withdraw our money. At the ATM, they removed the options to withdraw via neteller and skrill, but I still have those two deposit options? lol

And for bank transfers, they told me my bank doesn't accept them, so I have to open a bank account at another bank and see if 888 likes it, or maybe I'll never be able to withdraw my money.

What I find strange is that I've been using this amount to play cash games, and my cash winnings turn into bonuses instead of cash that I can withdraw. Can someone explain? If I register for a tournament that uses this bonus, will my prize pool also be a bonus?

I'm in the same situation...does anyone know the answer to your question? Why receive a transfer as a bonus and no rollover goal appears...is it a perpetual bonus? I would also like clarification...

How easily they take your money without conditions, and when you want to withdraw, a multitude of conditions appear to make you give up! It is unbelievable how shamefully they treat the players!
