I need some advice.
I uploaded these documents
- passport
- drivers license
- ID card
- gas bill
- light bill
- monthly bank statement
but still 888 won't complete my verification. It felt like i was talking to an AI bot in the live chat cause it kept repeating standard responses, and I asked if it was an AI and it said it wasn't... Anway, i'm not sure what to do, the id i made fotos with my cellphone and the gas/light/bank are simply as-is which i get by email from my utility provider by email. The support kept repeating it's waiting for other documents and i'm at a loss trying to understand what else it wants from me.
Can anyone give me some feedback on how to proceed next?

My account in old and I could take my money everytime, but now they are putting problems that don't exist (for example: 2 deposits few months ago: 1 by pix and 1 by muchbetter. They are justifying that I need to send my bank informations to do my withdrawal (but they have already and, btw, I made deposits in another methods) and, when I sendt, they don't accept. But I'm not trying take my money by bank!

How easily they take your money without conditions, and when you want to withdraw, a multitude of conditions appear to make you give up!
