Got another one of the same emails

The verification of your 888poker account is almost complete. All we need is a copy of your proof of address. Send us a picture or scanned copy of any of the following legitimate papers to assist us in finishing these checks:

• Documentation proving your registered residence that was issued within the previous six months o Bank or credit card statement (please omit your card details) o Utility bill

But this one in response to the most recent monthly bank statement i downloaded straight from my bank account and uploaded to 888.
I have uploaded so many documents already, doesn't seem like downloading and uploading another monthly bank statement will maky any difference.

I think you are support from 888 - or not?
I already tried with Discord support - they are telling me that it's not theire issue. It's an issue with the 888 "discord server". I also can join other discord servers but not the 888. So maybe you can reach out to an 888 discord admin ?

It's truly shameful that something so simple takes so long. They responded 48 hours ago, and I'm still waiting for an email change from [email protected] to [email protected]. They have more than enough documents; I've given them all kinds of proof, including my CardsChat username and my Facebook account, where I post all the Latam League promotions and ticket giveaways for watching streams. And yet they're asking for more documentation again, or they've simply stopped responding. It's not that difficult to change an email address. Besides, I specified that I was hacked, and I've already sent them all sorts of documents. Honestly, their service is terrible.

It's been 3 weeks... I've been waiting, so I went to 888poker.com, contacted support, sent my information, and I haven't received a refund in my Gmail or email. I don't understand what more they want to give me back my account. They disabled my account and didn't even give me a reason why.

Its a old rules , now need called a minimum 6 from 8 . I spoke in reddit with support 888 and also , i write to email 888 and both say need called a minimum 6 ,7 and 8 only for now .
