I made a post and received a reply! My response would be: In that case, please ensure that these obligations are also respected for deposits. That would be the fair approach and would help avoid any unnecessary suspicions.

I would like a solution to my issue. As far as I know, my account is verified and I am allowed to play for real money. It has been my intention for a while now to become a depositor. However, none of the methods advertised work and my bank does not seem to allow transactions through my debit or credit card. Any suggestions? How can I verify that everything is okay with my account on 888poker's end. I have not been getting through to support via any of the usual methods - just standard replies that do not solve my issue. Please advise.

I really enjoy playing on 888poker but I am beginning to get frustrated with all this merry-go-round!

today i received an email with some christmas promotion but those challenges are not listed under challenges.

missing challenges for some at the beginning of a promotion is a problem that exists forever on 888 and i wonder at what point you guys are planning to fix this? please dont reply with "u have to opt-in via email" or similar because its not what the issue is. its an ongoing bug that exist already for years.

It's been over a month since I submitted my withdrawal request, but I still haven't received any money or a clear response. My account is verified, and I've been withdrawing money without any problems before. I've always liked your room, and it saddens me to see how it's simply undermining players' trust. It's kinda cringe I have to complain here. I already received both the date-of-birth and address confirmation emails (20 and 22 november). I also had my bank change the monthly bank statement with my girlfriends address to my own address and uploaded the update (cause i think that might have been the problem)

I sent my ID, my passport, my drivers license, my gass bill, my energy-bill, my monthly bank statement and my property tax bill. And live support just keeps repeating "send other documents". In an email response I even offered to send a copy of the deed of the appartment i own, but got no response. What other documents are there?

The last email i received after sending my updated bank-stated had "We're nearly done verifying your account. However, your documents' details are different from the ones registered on your 888poker account." Well they're not and even if i try the App has "You can change your address only through the contact page" and then the contact page refers back to the app "Login & click the User icon; select 'My Account'." In the off chance that there's some kind of validation issue, 888 should ask a Brazilian contact to check them out, cause all of them are perfectly legit straight from my utility providers and bank

So now what do I do? Should I just give up or wait some longer? and how long? did i fall into a black hole or infinite loop?

• An alternative proof of address under your name. You may also contact your bank directly and request the original PDF file of your bank statement. Please ensure that the file is not altered, edited, or converted in any way before uploading it.
• An alternative form of ID as well, since the previous uploads did not meet the verification requirements."

1) they did pass checks, on 20 and 22 nov i got the emails
2) if ID, my passport, my drivers license, my gass bill, my energy-bill, my monthly bank statement and my property tax bill are not enough.... nothing ever will

In short, your system is flawed and i'm pretty sure as it seems right now i'll probably never be able to pass this step, rip 888 ballance
