Dear 888 Support Team,

I would like to reach out regarding my account on 888. About a year ago, I renewed my account and completed the verification process by providing the necessary documents. I received confirmation for changing some personal details that I could not change myself.

However, recently I encountered an issue with transferring funds within the room, and I discovered that this function is unavailable to me because I have not passed the verification. I installed the software from your website on Windows and tried to send the necessary documents through the cashier for several days, but each time I received a negative response. Support claims they do not receive my emails because Google does not recognize the recipient. I cannot find out what exactly does not meet the requirements.

Additionally, my address details need to be updated, as the old address is currently listed.

Please help me resolve this situation, complete the verification, and gain access to all available options on the site.

Dear 888 support team,

I have just altered my email address for 888 messages to my aol account because someone has been trying to open my bt email account (which was my 888 email).

Now my account has been suspended because my email address is now the same as an account that has been closed.

I suspect that this refers to my 888.es account, which I opened when we owned property in Tenerife and could play only on 888.es. We sold that property several years ago and now reside solely in the UK.

I can't find the "Help Centre" on the 888 App, referred to under the "Contacting Us" area in 888's "How Can We Help?" page. If it's a mobile app referred to I'm in trouble because I have never played on my phone - I always use a PC. Can you help, please?

quick question,
I made deposit to my account on 888 poker via skrill, now I cannot withdraw money from the 888 poker client to skrill only option for me is to via Telegraf whitdrawal.
I am in Germany.

I have repeatedly tried to reach out to support to check the status of the documents submitted for verification, but all in vain. The help center is that little window that opens at the bottom of the screen where I can barely see the typed text and can't even check for mistakes. In places where a quick human response is needed, you have created additional difficulties! I have never encountered such problems getting a response from support on any other website, and only here have I drowned in bureaucratic chaos!

I was impressed after installing your app on my PC; after using it on Android, it is indeed high quality. However, everything related to resolving technical issues or communication has completely undermined all my positive impressions. After repeatedly stressing the need to change the address and providing the appropriate documents, nothing has changed! I am adopting a zen pose and trying to calmly wait for your attention!

The run it twice feature
Hello,

We have a small correction on the feature, please make sure that your articles today align with the correct information



The section written in bold is wrong:

in this feature, once two players are all in, the player with less equity could ask to run the rest of the table cards more than once, so the pot could be perhaps split.



Here is the right info:

Once two players are ‘all-in’ in a poker cash game, the “Run it Twice” feature becomes available.

If you’re the first player to go all-in, you’ll see a panel pop up with your deal options – ‘once’ or ‘twice’

Hello! If internet provider are blocking 888poker site, Is there some solution? i am from Kazakhstan. Infinite loading on the mobile app the login window doesn’t appear, it just keeps loading. On PC, the lobby opens, but there is no login/password window.

Based on what you’ve described (infinite loading on mobile and missing login window on PC), this is usually related to a connection issue between your network/ISP and our servers, or a possible local restriction affecting access.

-Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test a different network

-Try accessing the platform using a different internet connection if available

Hello 888 support. I also live in Kazakhstan and I confirm that literally yesterday I started having problems with logging in. If I open the 888 app, it tries to load a window where I need to enter my login and password(I've sent you screenshots), but then it gives an error. Like the person above, I believe this is being blocked by the ISP. I've sent you screenshots; please see what you can do. Perhaps your specialists can somehow solve this.

P.S. The provider only blocks the login pop-up window (just that one), where you have to enter your username and password to log in. Everything else works fine.

However, something seems to have no end: I have been trying to pass verification for the second week now. After communicating with you, the documents passed verification, but the address confirmation letter (bank statement) - I have been sending it for a week now. I formatted it in the residence permit format, I took screenshots of that format, it can no longer be enlarged, yet I still receive a standard response that the letter is needed.

Please convey this to support: the old address is indicated in the account. When the account was created, I was temporarily living in Vinnytsia, but then I moved to Kyiv. My account has already been closed due to the verification process. I was going through it from an Android device, and I sent the documents in two ways: through the cash desk and by mail. The issue was also resolved with your help then, and I was given access to play. There was a letter confirming everything was fine, I thought the verification was completed, and at that time I raised the issue of replacing the old address because I cannot change it myself. You know that some files in the account are changed by a company representative; I do not have access to that!

Please help stop this endless loop! The quality of the letter is appropriate, and I do not understand why it is constantly being requested. Thank you!

Upon checking, the member’s documents were rejected as they did not pass our security checks. The member is required to submit a proof of address in PDF format and in English so we can proceed with the verification accordingly. The member has already been informed.
