However, something seems to have no end: I have been trying to pass verification for the second week now. After communicating with you, the documents passed verification, but the address confirmation letter (bank statement) - I have been sending it for a week now. I formatted it in the residence permit format, I took screenshots of that format, it can no longer be enlarged, yet I still receive a standard response that the letter is needed.
Please convey this to support: the old address is indicated in the account. When the account was created, I was temporarily living in Vinnytsia, but then I moved to Kyiv. My account has already been closed due to the verification process. I was going through it from an Android device, and I sent the documents in two ways: through the cash desk and by mail. The issue was also resolved with your help then, and I was given access to play. There was a letter confirming everything was fine, I thought the verification was completed, and at that time I raised the issue of replacing the old address because I cannot change it myself. You know that some files in the account are changed by a company representative; I do not have access to that!
Please help stop this endless loop! The quality of the letter is appropriate, and I do not understand why it is constantly being requested. Thank you!
