I would like to reach out regarding my account on 888. About a year ago, I renewed my account and completed the verification process by providing the necessary documents. I received confirmation for changing some personal details that I could not change myself.
However, recently I encountered an issue with transferring funds within the room, and I discovered that this function is unavailable to me because I have not passed the verification. I installed the software from your website on Windows and tried to send the necessary documents through the cashier for several days, but each time I received a negative response. Support claims they do not receive my emails because Google does not recognize the recipient. I cannot find out what exactly does not meet the requirements.
Additionally, my address details need to be updated, as the old address is currently listed.
Please help me resolve this situation, complete the verification, and gain access to all available options on the site.
