I can't find the "Help Centre" on the 888 app, referred to under the "Contacting Us" area in 888's "How Can We Help?" page. If it's a mobile app referred to I'm in trouble because I have never played on my phone - I always use a PC. Can you help, please?

888 rep kindly sent this to support/management on April 15. But I have heard nothing. In fact I have managed to ascertain that my BT email had been hacked, but it is now in operation again. The gist is that I have only ever had 1 UK 888 account, but for a time I had a Spanish 888 account, as we were living, at times, in our Spanish proprty, in Tenerife, and this might have had my aol email as my contact point. Can I apply, please, to have the suspension on my account lifted? Either email address will suffice as I check both regularly.
