Their in game report is non existent. All it shows is the faq. Which doesn't do anything for me. Requiring us to go through the hassle, of finding other means of dealing with the software is another point deducated from the review of 888. customer support/service is freeking garbage.

Cannot log in to my account for three weeks (nickname ToroRosso26)
I am playing from Kazahstan now, but my account is verified to a country from which 888 left at the end of 2025.
I was told in a live chat that there are restrictions on the account, but didnt get any letter from the support(
I sent all the necessary documents and explanations to the support three weeks ago, no answer.

Please help me to resolve the problem

After a while, $100 of it started showing up as my main balance, and the other $100 remained as a bonus balance. But now that money has disappeared from my bonus balance. Where did my $100 go? It turns out that 888 Poker first placed the player's money into their bonus balance, and then simply stole some of it. What's happening? Please answer this question. Did u wait more than 2 years to convert the bonus? I think that is the timeframe to clear it if im not mistaken.

And yes its widely known 888 converts p2p's into bonuses. There is basically nothing u can do.

ok wow not sure what happened here. form my understanding the p2p bonus is valid for 2 years. also this bonus normally does not dissappear upon cashing out (if u did that) so thats really weird.

did u check ur playing history? everything in order?

888's customer support is absolutely terrible. For weeks now, I've been unable to play due to an issue with the German regulatory authorities. (This message pops up every time I try to register for a tournament or join a cash game.)
After I contacted support, I didn't hear anything at first. A few days later, I received an email saying they would look into the issue and asking for 72 hours.

Those 72 hours have now turned into several hundred, and nothing has happened.

On April 11 I posted the following:
Dear 888 support team,

I have just altered my email address for 888 messages to my aol account because someone has been trying to open my bt email account (which was my 888 email).

Now my account has been suspended because my email address is now the same as an account that has been closed.

I suspect that this refers to my 888.es account, which I opened when we owned property in Tenerife and could play only on 888.es. We sold that property several years ago and now reside solely in the UK.

I can't find the "Help Centre" on the 888 app, referred to under the "Contacting Us" area in 888's "How Can We Help?" page. If it's a mobile app referred to I'm in trouble because I have never played on my phone - I always use a PC. Can you help, please?

888 rep kindly sent this to support/management on April 15. But I have heard nothing. In fact I have managed to ascertain that my BT email had been hacked, but it is now in operation again. The gist is that I have only ever had 1 UK 888 account, but for a time I had a Spanish 888 account, as we were living, at times, in our Spanish proprty, in Tenerife, and this might have had my aol email as my contact point. Can I apply, please, to have the suspension on my account lifted? Either email address will suffice as I check both regularly.
