Can you explain me please, why am i being asked to deposit $20 every time, when new promotion starts, to be eligible to take part in that promotion and win prizes? At the same time a friend of me, who also playing at 888 poker never being asked for and still able to make all spins, gets tickets and so on, without any additional deposits. Hell, he deposited only once since years i guess. I can't understand, why am i worse, than another player? Do i make not enough rake or something? =)

Sure. It's the same as here "alienat3d".
But i have made already another $20 deposit, which 888 poker asked me again. And now it seems to work proper again. The question is, why do they ask me over and over again. I mean, i would rather make some deposit for reload bonus or when i lost some sessions and low on money, but only just to be able to spin a lucky wheel to win some freeroll tickets, which other people do without making deposit. That is what i can't understand. Therefore i asked.

Free of charge already nothing comes, earlier tickets came, and now only letters come to mail that to me. And I come in the client there it is empty.

I placed in the top 500 in 2 of the jackpoland freerolls but didn't get a jackpot spin for those games. I previously finished in the top 500 in 2 others and did get to spin the wheel for those. I'm not sure which games they were but I think it was the 3/3 00:08GMT game and the 3/3 16:08GMT game. It states in the terms that the spins must be used within 24 hours of being notified about it.

Yesterday I finished 454/13163 in the game that started at 10:08 PST (just about 22 hours ago) and have no notification on the spin yet. My brother made it a few days ago and had the spin within a couple of hours.

@Master - just recover the file and should be fine. Once recovered it should consider it goodware and not quarantine it again but if it does just look around in the settings, there should be somewhere to flag the file as ok.

@888Rep - do you have some thoughts on my issue or do you only handle softball questions around here?
