Can you explain me please, why am i being asked to deposit $20 every time, when new promotion starts, to be eligible to take part in that promotion and win prizes? At the same time a friend of me, who also playing at 888 poker never being asked for and still able to make all spins, gets tickets and so on, without any additional deposits. Hell, he deposited only once since years i guess. I can't understand, why am i worse, than another player? Do i make not enough rake or something? =)

Sure. It's the same as here "alienat3d".
But i have made already another $20 deposit, which 888 poker asked me again. And now it seems to work proper again. The question is, why do they ask me over and over again. I mean, i would rather make some deposit for reload bonus or when i lost some sessions and low on money, but only just to be able to spin a lucky wheel to win some freeroll tickets, which other people do without making deposit. That is what i can't understand. Therefore i asked.

It is just how the promotion works as they want players to make small deposits and they offer some free stuff.
 
Free of charge already nothing comes, earlier tickets came, and now only letters come to mail that to me. And I come in the client there it is empty.
 
One question for the Jackpot land promotion regarding the challenge play tournaments/sit n goes with buy in of $4. If I play four $1 heads up sit n goes then the 3K ticket will be earned??

I placed in the top 500 in 2 of the jackpoland freerolls but didn't get a jackpot spin for those games. I previously finished in the top 500 in 2 others and did get to spin the wheel for those. I'm not sure which games they were but I think it was the 3/3 00:08GMT game and the 3/3 16:08GMT game. It states in the terms that the spins must be used within 24 hours of being notified about it.

did anybody got pop up for finish quest today i play tournament 5 dollars 5 blast and i play cash no pop up for any?will i get tickets?
 
I have two 3K Jackpot land free roll tickets in my account but when I go to register for tonight's tournament I get pop up you have no tickets for this tournament.😕???

How long does it usually take to get the Jackpot Spin after finishing in the top 500 in the tourneys? Yesterday I finished 454/13163 in the game that started at 10:08 PST (just about 22 hours ago) and have no notification on the spin yet. My brother made it a few days ago and had the spin within a couple of hours.

It can take up to 72 hours and as it is the weekend you may get it in the morning.
