I got the pop up with the hand of the day the first 2 days, but nothing for the past 2 or 3 days.

Why not have it accessible from the menus?

There are a few players complaining about this issue, I will advise you to give support a call and they will look into it for you.

Tell me, if I had two accounts in the market .But I asked the support to close one and they closed.Can it cause problems?Sorry if not very clearly asked a question .I write through the translator))))

You are only allowed one account. I suggest you contact support to clear this up.
 
... i finally uninstalled the 888 mobile App and went back to pokertars....

the 888 app continually freezes. often when i have the nuts....
you are limited in the games you can play on the mobile app versus the PC version....
the graphics are poor and app is slow....

maybe if they improve their app i will switch back, but its suprisingly crappy for a top poker site...
 
Hello.I won last week 3$ ticket in 555 sport freeroll but i dont recive yet.I contact support they told me to wait 72 h ,now is more than 200 h and today support give me number to call just for 3$ price and left the chat.I have another question but next time.

You need to phone 888 Sport and they will be abvle to advise you further.

Hi

I have been trying to find any table selection software that may work with your client and seems there are none. TST used to work but stopped after the client got updated back in 15'.

Any idea if support for such software will be available anytime soon?
 
Hi, I'm using 888poker iOS app. I found out that there is no possibility to return to the table after phone goes idle or I receive a call etc. Are you planning to fix it? Or is there any way to get back to the table after e.g. App restart?
 
Hi, I'm just wondering how many club points it takes to get through Level 10 (up to 100 Gold Tokens).

I think Level 1 was 5pts ? Level 2 was 10pts and Level 3 is 25pts. How steep does it get ?

Will there be Poker challenges on all Levels or will some levels only have Casino or Sports Bet ?

I'm having problems with the recent software updates. My current version is: p-1-en-4-6.17-511-2

I'm getting error messages about .dll files while updating. Too many to list.

Also the popup wheel is not showing up as it is supposed too.

BTW I received my 4 free tickets but I haven't received any messages about my challenges.

I think the problems are on your side but anyway here is my info.

I recently downloaded software on my desktop computer and cant open ,write "Unable to conect.Plese contact member support"
On my laptop also have software and no problem with that

Try and reinstall the client on your desktop to see if this solves your issue.
 
Client is updating... no updates happens.. sevral hours same problem.. only solution i fpund is restore my pc..
Do you have any other solution for it.

Yes if you reinstall it will sort out this issue.

Hi, if you get an answer of level structures or not:
So I am at level 37 need to get like 775 points: I can get 620 points playing poker; other 155 points need to get other places like betting on sports or playing casino; or just 3 days in row play poker.
I dont know what structure was before level 30 but from 32 or 33 i have got this structure - play poker and other points get in casino, betting or just wait days.
The bad thing is that the check in for playing poker is only one time in day - you log in like 33level, get a check in and get up to 34level, continue playing but check in on 34level you cant get because you got it in 33level, so you need to wait 2 days to get level up ( now on 37level I need 3 days).
Now for the remaining points which i cant get from playing poker i just get in casino 🙂
