Question: I make a deposit and withdraw money using a dollar visa card. I recently opened a Skrill account and I know that 888 supports this payment system. What are the rules if I want to withdraw money to Skrill? Do I need to make a deposit to technically connect my Skrill account?

Hello ! Today is 10 days since I made a withdrawal....without results. Previously, my funds were withdrawn in 3 days .
In winter I went through the second or third verification . I sent two emails to technical support, no response. If you can please help.

Since I move a lot from a place to place, and I can't prove any utility bill.

I see that the Royal Premiere promo got extended and that there will be a final Golden Era style freeroll coming up in early September. Just FYI it doesn't look like the Golden Era challenges are there anymore, so not sure how players are going to get their tickets. Hopefully it shows up sometime soon.

Hi 888rep,
I tried to qualify for the upcoming Golden Era Freeroll using the casino challenge (win 5x with a Jack). It doesn't seem to be working. I completed more than 5 wins but no ticket is granted. I emailed support about this a week ago and haven't heard anything back.

This last month I have played in a lot of red carpet and silver screen freroll.

Today I have won 5 hand with KK pokcet card in snap 0.01 0.02 at show down

I went to support in 888 poker client.
Amanda only said that this promo is for invited.

I am invited as I have played in a lot of royal premiere event.


What is going on about this Amanda?

I have 11 red carpet freeroll. How can she say that im not invited to promo?

My withdraw (300 USD) is delayed. My account is fully verified and I have withdraw thousands of dollars in the past years, but now it has been more than a week.
I went to support in 888 poker client, no help at all. I went to 888Poker's sub on Reddit, no one said anything.

That's pretty lame considering it is advertised as before and the challenge is clearly visible with the same conditions as before, but just doesn't award you anything for completing it. No responses from support or the rep..
