I have no access to your account but I send them over to the people who have so I suggest you reply to their emails they sent you instead of writing here.
We are obliged due to legal requirement due to fraud, money laundering etc to ask for updates of ID for players so I would suggest you just give them what they ask for to get it done quickly.

But in TOS of the promo
• Daily Freeroll ticket(s) valid for 7 days

Mine got expired in same day I got them. It is normal? Or it is because all red carpet expire each friday ?

For any money transfer performed after October 2023, the expiration timeframe is 3 years.
If the player received the money transfer before October 2023, the timeframe is 2 years.

I have a burocracy issue with the site. It's been years that I don't have a fixed address. My reality is of different, but I have tried to send several documents to try and prove my residency, including notarized certificates used in judicial proceedings, my attourney actually helped me with those documents, but the site denied them all.
I don't have any perspective of having a water, energy or internet account on my name, as I usually don't stay long in a same place, but I sent every possible document to ID myself and to prove residency. I have some money on 888 Poker that I need to cash out, and I'm affraid they will freeze my account before I do it, considering it's been more than a year that I'm trying to verify it but they don't accept my LEGIT documents. I've sent emails to the support, but they could never help me.
