a dns error being resolved with reinstalling the poker software lol
no didn´t work of course.
 
my utility bill is being rejected many times that the only one i can give which is genuine.
i want to know why.

My nickname on 888 is milka1605. I also have a problem with not accepting bank statements in English. I recently sent a letter with a question to support. Why doesn't anyone write to my email and tell me how I'm wrong? There wasn't a single letter. It shouldn't be like that.

Hello, I recently withdrew 150 dollars from your room. The withdrawal request was approved. I was sent 135.20 euros. As a result, I received 100.20 euros on my account. The question is, where did 35 euros go? If this is a commission, isn't it too big? With respect to you
 
And what is the commission at your bank. My bank took a commission of 2%. And there may also be a tax on game money in your country.

I called my bank. There is no commission, no tax. They advised me to contact the sender.

my document meets all these criteria even though it is not being accepted.

150 dollars converted to 135.20 euros. This is understandable. I received 100.20 euros into my account. I don't see any conversion here. There are screenshots. I sent it to support, zero response. Could you please clarify your email?
 
I open the transaction history, withdrawal of funds is 135.20 euros. A message comes from the bank that 100.20 euros have been credited to your account. On 888 it seems to be called conversion from euro to euro.

888 is a joke they want me to try the e-wallets now here in Brazil. Even tho they have my bank account and pix account they say they can´t transfer there anymore cause regulations. but they accept that method when i deposited.

so regulations change i deposited via muchbetter 10$ and tried withdrawal the other funds that i had more than 4 days still processing my cashout? makes no sense at all they say there max is 4 days.

Hi. I live in Venezuela. Have had an account with 888 for ages.

I've been trying to contact 888 support via email and they have not responded me yet. Have been trying to chat with live support but I can no longer log in to my account (because we are not allowed to play from Venezuela anymore) and can't find a way. Been trying to but it seems to not be possible.

I want to withdraw my balance of 304.12$ to my paypal account. Can you help out since they seem to be ignoring my emails.

Hello, I'm from Brazil and I can't access the cashier/deposit section, and also the support section in the lobby, please see the images attached.

I've already downloaded the latest version and installed it and the problem continues on the computer, the same error.
