The distribution of the weekly casino freeroll tickets still does not seem to work. Today normally that ticket does arrive for the tournament tomorrow but so far i did not receive it. Given that there were already problems last week it looks like this was not resolved in time.

2nd week in a row I have not received a mix-up tournament ticket despite playing Casino on the previous Thursday (this week Thurs. 26th Mar.).
I reported the same issue last week to you and have heard nothing back regarding the matter.

Whats happened with the Sports bet get freeroll? I dont seem to get a ticket unless i message support and ask for one and even then Im "not elligible" to join the tournament even when i have a ticket. No one in support seems to care or even want to explain whats going on. Im finding dealing with 888 customer support frustrating and confusing. WHY am i here on a cards chat forum STILL trying to communicate my problems and issues that havent been sorted out in 3/4 years! I have received 1 email back off UK support recognising my other issues regarding rakeback and gave me a meagre amount of compensation for all of that time and rake $ accrued. Ive tried to question this but 888s ability to follow a conversation or even have EVIDENCE of a conveersation thread they decide to put their support in multiple differerent places with multiple different responses. WHY doesnt your early bird rakeback scheme work properly? Ive had an email recognising there is a problem with the promotion but nothing further to recognise the fact that i should have accrued a lot more rakeback than the small amount of sompensation offered. Ive tried emailing back but as usual i just get NO RESPONES. Just wondering when 888 customer service is getting a complete overhaul or if its always going to be one of the most aggravating customer service experiences in the world.

(posted in another forum but thought id post here~) seems that 888 regularly have issues regarding promotions and they dont inform their customers of any issues til sometimes years later. Im having a similiar issue regarding the sports bet get freeroll - even when i had a ticket the tournament said im not elligible. Would have been nice if 888 could say they removed the promotion for UK players or is that not the case? WHo knows? Id love to hear what feedback if any CC members get off 888 support. Maybe the @888Rep could enlighten us?
 
Just to caveat @888Rep ive had some email response regarding my complaint about promotions and my access to them - but its still unknow what the resolution is - I think i remember complaining about rakeback with you here quite some time ago and its only just been recognised that there is a problem by 888 support. It does take a very long time for anything to happen at 888!
 
Just to explain my issue a bit better aswell - I used to get a sports bet ticket when i placed a bet - now i dont . YOu ask why - no known reason by customer service. If i am not eligible anymore - just say . I did get a a ticket sent to me manually as you have done but it still didnt let me register for the tourney and then no explanatin again . why the long drawn out process of not informing your customers of what's happening with promotions and/or recognising problems with them and how that affects customers. Appreciate a response.

maybe you didn't make deposit. if you will do deposit use LuxonPay.

Make a minimum deposit and it should be updated for you.

Just a follow up:

Received the ticket today and looking forward to play some of those casino mixup tournaments on Saturday now. There are 3 in total, the usual one and 2 extra for the 2 weeks tickets wére not distributed.

So I got an email with an Easter Egg and it says click the "crack the egg"....I have tried a couple times, a new page comes up with the egg and the "crack the egg", nothing happens...tried on two different browsers. What the heck is in the egg??
