HEM works and I'm quite positive PT3 works too.

I can confirm PT3 works well with Carbon.

Also it's a lot easier to review hands with PT3 than the hand history in carbon.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but depositing advice from people outside the U.S. really doesn't help U.S. players as their laws are probably different. I have a new account on Carbon and am having an extremely difficult time trying to deposit. I want to use usemywallet, but they say I have to be invited by the casino I'm registered with, and Carbon says they can't invite me until they have documentation, or something like that, of a deposit request, which I can't do because the deposit options require me to be invited by the casino. See the vicious circle I'm going through? They mentioned something about a visa international gift card or something, but a) I'm not sure that would work, b) I don't know where to get one, and c) I don't feel like having to go from store to store to find the Visa option. So as of right now, I have an account on Carbon I can't use. Awesome huh?

I had to send ID in order to w/d. You didn't use to have to deposit to w/d but that may have changed.

Am I allowed to make a suggestion? The instant hand history on Carbon is extremely painful to look at it. Is there a way to make it text based like it is with most other poker sites?

When you click the deposit option, you go to your account and there's a tab for withdrawing. I used western union. cost me $12 but was worth it I guess

Merge Cashier support is quite *lacking*to say the least....I would recomend to be talking to live support,while you are depositing,this way,if you have trouble,hopefully they can help you thru it...
I found this out the hard way....with another skin....is it just me,or are these carbon guys not much help?

Is there a way to calculate how many VIP points (not cash, just points) you earn on Merge based on what stakes you play & the number of hands? I'm basically trying to figure out about how my points will accumulate for X amount of hands.

So at $10NL, how many points would playing, say, 1000 hands get you? According to Carbon it's "10 VIP points for every $1 of rake contributed to the raked pot" and fractional points are awarded too. But apparently if you have a rakeback it's 6.5 point, not 10. There must be a formula for how to figure this out, but perhaps I'm an idiot and not seeing how to make one.

Btw, I'm not trying to figure out cash from my 35% rakeback -- just the points.

So the depositing at Carbon seems to be going well for most US players. I'm still debating getting the software and I probably will soon, but I'm not planning on depositing. If anyone that's downloaded it could give me an idea of what kind of freerolls are on Carbon and their quality, I'd greatly appreciate it. Would really like to build a freeroll than deposit right now.

Also, same question goes for Lock Poker. I know nothing about that site though

I've downloaded Carbon and Lock and haven't been able to find any freerolls to speak of, other than satties to buy-in tourneys. Of course there is the weekly CC freeroll heart: CC), so I'd like to know too.
