Hi everyone! šŸ‘‹

I’d love to hear your opinions and experiences.

Which online poker room do you consider the most reliable and trustworthy, and which one do you personally enjoy playing on the most?

I’m particularly interested in things like:
  • Customer support
  • Withdrawals and deposits
  • Game selection and traffic
  • Tournaments
  • Overall reliability and security

What’s your #1 choice, and why? 😊

Looking forward to hearing your recommendations!

If you're looking for a natural reply to that forum post, you could say:

For me, PokerStars would probably be my #1 choice. They’ve got a huge variety of games and tournaments, plenty of traffic, and the overall platform feels reliable.
That said, I think it also depends on where you’re located and what games/stakes you play. I’d definitely compare withdrawal times, tournament selection, and customer support before deciding. 😊

Thank you for your answer! I mainly prefer MTT high-stakes tournaments, but I also enjoy playing cash games. At the moment, I’m playing on GGPoker, but I’ve had some bad experiences there, so I’m considering switching to another poker room.

I only play at Pokerstars now. Used to play on Pokerrrrr, during the covid years.
Trustwise, I don't like the prize changes on Pokerstars. I'm convinced there's something going on with their spin n go games. Always seems to crash my computer if I try to access my winning ticket.....

I know you have a support issue with GGPoker, but they would still be my recommendation. The interface is super fast, rock solid and they have lots of freebies that can (with luck) earn a serious addition to your bankroll.

Pokerstars is just as fast and solid but without all the freebies. One thing I don't like about Pokerstars is that they snoop around your computer. For good reason, I guess, but I still don't like it.

I've started playing some of the Cardschat freerolls at WPTGlobal & 888Poker. They're both good too, but have never had any reason to try their support.

I already told u in some answer months ago that this issue most likely has something to do with ur computer. My Pc does not crash when i try to access that ticket and other Pc's do not neither, otherwise more people would write about it here and on other forums.

What should be "going on" with their spins? Prizes change there all the time yes. Are u aware what format u are actually playing?

- Get a Pc with at least 8gb ram and W11
- Inform urself about the format you are playing

Problems solved šŸ˜€

In my country (Romania) we have limited options to play poker online and some sites are a bit different for Romanian customers, so it might be different for players from other countries... For my local time and/or the time I'm usually able to play poker, 888 and Unibet (small markets but I like it this way nowadays) are the best options in my case and even though community members complained about different issues - I've never encountered them... I'll rate the 5 points you've mentioned in the 1st post as IMO it's similar for both sites:

  • Customer support - 8/10 (the Romanian support isn't that good and I usually contact the English support- live chat/email/reddit...- I never had any problem that wasn't solved in 10+ years of playing)
  • Withdrawals and deposits - 10/10 I'm a loyal customer (for example I'm max level on 888 - elite member in my country... It changed last year and IIRC I was close to level 400 before the changes...), with verified and always updated info (for example if I change ID/address/contact info... I send new documents without waiting for the sites to ask)- I've never had deposit/withdrawals issues and especially nowadays the withdrawals are very fast - within minutes
  • Game selection and traffic - 7/10 small markets, so not the best, but the players pool is full of weak players and even bad regular players
  • Tournaments - 7/10 same with the point above
  • Overall reliability and security - 10/10, I've never had any issues

I know you guys are reliving old times re: Pokerstars spins, but you actually hit on/reminded me of the one thing I don't like about spins, called Spin & Gold, at GGPoker. The wheel doesn't spin like a normal wheel. It hovers for a second or two at the border between the bigger prize and the smaller prize, then drops back (or advances) to the lower prize. I realize it's only there for entertainment value, but it would be a whole lot more entertaining if it were realistic. I don't know if the Pokerstars wheel does the same thing.

I guess if that's the only thing I don't like about GGPoker, you could say they've got me hooked.

Right now, my favorite site—and the one where I'm getting the best results—is Ignition Poker. Hassle-free withdrawals, freerolls with small fields, and great prize pools. I recommend it.

Pokerstars spins are still a thing in 2026. They are in the lobby and frequently played by many players.Maybe its actually you who is "reliving old times" when you hear the word pokerstars?

So dont watch those animations if they make u feel uncomfortable. Prize will show anyway during the game so u wont miss anything not watching them 🤷

GG wants to attract wreckless fish and thats why they put up such gimmicks.
