Unfortunately I'm going to stop playing at the party, the client deposits on this site, and he is all buggy, full of problems, even stops to roll the tournament bar, the tournaments disappear, on top of that, a terrible service that deceives the customers. do not take al, some steps I will uninstall and never deposit again.

IF you register in advance, and before 12pm CEST Fridays for the Valhalla tournament, duplicate tickets are exchanged for a 500 cash boost ticket - added to your stack for the Friday event up to 25k max
The first ticket MUST be used to play the target event, then duplicates if awarded are exchanged Fridays
If the initial ticket is not used to play a target event, the tickets will expire

What are you doing with mobile App and this freerolls!? I mean people can't combine cash/spins with tournaments, and than you put 5-6 min blinds tournaments... You don't want us to play raked games in evenings??

You need to spin weal for tickets... And you get one spin for 1 rake point... 6 max a day...

I am seriously thinking about moving to Partypoker or Pppoker, this pokerstars system is absurd, I am feeling very damaged. I have been playing for a few years and I have never seen anything so evident. Really disappointing, a shame ..

You need to ensure the account is fully verified, looks like you have some pending ID docs etc - I see its a fairly new real play account
If you reach out to the customer service teams they can advise and assist

I realise HUDs are not allowed and I am very happy with that, but I didn't realise about Virtual Machines. I am confused now and don't know whether I can play at Party or not.

This is my situation,

I use Windows 10 and I have the Party client installed on the main machine, I also have VMWare Workstation installed. I often have a VM running while I play poker.

I use VMs to seperate different things and proportinately allocate resources, I use one to render large video files, I use another for Social Media accounts, I don't like to connect with Social Media on my main machine as that has my on-line banking within.

I would not be willing to change this set-up, and I would be reluctant to buy a new machine just to play on Party.

What should I do? Am I welcome to play at Party, or should I move to a different poker site?

VMs are not permitted to be ran alongside our site - doing so will result in a ban
I am afraid, should you wish to use VM you will be unable to play on partypoker

That is unfortunate I am disappointed to be unwelcome on your site (I wish you had pointed that out to me when I signed up and deposited). I have never done anything wrong it is a shame you feel you should punish the innocent for the sake of the guilty.

I may be wise to withdraw my funds and use them on another poker site. But is there any saving grace here?

No, I am afraid not
If you are found to be running the software - it will result in a ban and funds may be confiscated
There are no exceptions via player - the rules and guidelines are clearly stated on the safer poker page - we do not allow 3rd party tools
Those which are permitted are clearly stated on the page
