I didn't think it was worth bothering about but as I was feeling a bit tilted from some other games I thought, "Ok.. wtf." But then I couldn't find live chat. When I click on 'support' it takes me to that page with multiple questions. The only applicable one I see is 'Poker'.. I check it off but don't see how to proceed from there, lol. Fk it. Waste of time.
If the site ran smoother for me, I know I'd play on there 10x more often than I do. Lately I've been moving the play over to GGPoker.

I didn't bother contacting support the other day because it was just a freeroll & when I went & played some FF Cash tables it was working fine for me.
Well... today I was planning on playing the $3 200seat & the $33 50seat satties. I reg'd at 9:18am (start time 9:00PT).

As I'm just beginning my session (in hopes of loading 15 to 20 mtt's across multiple sites) I don't have time to deal with this right now... BUT I REALLY wanted to play these games TODAY (right now actually LOL).. because I want to play in the games starting in 2hrs.
BUT.. at the same time I don't need this to TILT & spoil the rest of my play today going forward (I've made this mistake in the past... sigh).
Now it just auto-closed my tables and is showing me cards.. BUT I can't fold, etc.
(I have a dozen screenshots but don't want to display them on here as it is a 'real name' game). Currently it is showing me with 6,500ish chips
I'd love a refund.... but it honestly doesn't particularly help me much.. BECAUSE I actually want to play THIS game.
