Possibly they are falling into your junk/spam folder or you have opted out
Customer service can check if you at anytime opted not to receive promotional emails - you can check via live chat fairly quickly

Hi!
I wanted to play on the swedish version of partypoker when I discovered that I don't have the option to export my hand history like players from other countries. I emailed the support and they say that they didn't know if it was going to be implemented or not.
Wouldn't this be very much against the policy that partypoker promotes? That some players shouldn't have an advantage over others.
If you guys care even remotely about the swedish player pool wouldn't it be a no-brainer to program this little detail?

The truth is that there are many prohibitions of partypoker for its registration, I see it as a deception because that site is not as important as a bank that makes loans or something like that one goes depositing to play instead that site demands a lot

With regard to the random number generator

I noticed such a feature in the room that almost always going to draw. I had three hands in 10 minutes in which the opponent completed the draw. For example, I played a hand Ako made a big raise oponent answered with a stake, flop to And two more hearts I go all in oponent responds when opening it 64s and another heart falls out. Another time I had a KK on my hands and in both cases I lost to an opponent with garbage on his hands who received the necessary cards only after the showdown. I've been playing here for a couple of weeks but this feature is striking. Or maybe I'm just having a bad time at poker?)))

Its a rabbit hunt feature - if you click on it it plays out the cards
The feature is part of the new gamification features which came into play earlier this year
You earn "diamonds" for play which can be used to throw items, use giant emojis and the rabbit hunt feature

Party software is laggy, buggy and i hate it! Just general feedback

And unfortunately it always has been

It's not 'lagging' for me these days but for sure a bit buggy (still).

ie.
the tournament lobby is always sticking & not scrolling smoothly.

Today in one of those WPT 2nd Chance freerolls, I couldn't see my holecards. I logged off the site & back on 3 or 4 times... still nothing. I tried opening up a FastForward table to see if things were okay on other parts of the site. No problem at all there.
On a couple hands I bet, re-raised, etc. just for the hell of it, without seeing my cards. I coudln't tell if I'd won... or lost (My chipstack wasn't being updated either). I'd ask in chat to see if other players were experiencing similar but zero responses from them.
It ended up booting me out of the tournament (in the Lobby) but my table was still up and said I still had a few thousand chips left. WTF???

Anyone else experiencing this?

I didn't think it was worth bothering about but as I was feeling a bit tilted from some other games I thought, "Ok.. wtf." But then I couldn't find live chat. When I click on 'support' it takes me to that page with multiple questions. The only applicable one I see is 'Poker'.. I check it off but don't see how to proceed from there, lol. Fk it. Waste of time.

If the site ran smoother for me, I know I'd play on there 10x more often than I do. Lately I've been moving the play over to GGPoker.

I didn't bother contacting support the other day because it was just a freeroll & when I went & played some FF Cash tables it was working fine for me.

Well... today I was planning on playing the $3 200seat & the $33 50seat satties. I reg'd at 9:18am (start time 9:00PT).
once again...
NO CARDS displayed for me in tournaments?????????

As I'm just beginning my session (in hopes of loading 15 to 20 mtt's across multiple sites) I don't have time to deal with this right now... BUT I REALLY wanted to play these games TODAY (right now actually LOL).. because I want to play in the games starting in 2hrs.
BUT.. at the same time I don't need this to TILT & spoil the rest of my play today going forward (I've made this mistake in the past... sigh).

Now it just auto-closed my tables and is showing me cards.. BUT I can't fold, etc.
(I have a dozen screenshots but don't want to display them on here as it is a 'real name' game). Currently it is showing me with 6,500ish chips

I'd love a refund.... but it honestly doesn't particularly help me much.. BECAUSE I actually want to play THIS game.

idk... it's just soooooo disappointing. I have been looking forward to this weekend's WPT games all week long. My health has been terrible, actually had wanted to play in the satellites for the past couple days but wasn't physically able to.... and now this morning I'm finally ready to go with loads of anticipation & excitement.... and yet I can't play. It's discouraging to say the least.
(this not being able to see tournament holecards happened earlier in the week in that WPT 2nd chance freeroll... but I've played some hands on FF tables since and just figured it was going to be fine... pfff... wrong)

I've just opened up 2 tables of FF and it is working fine, with the two other tables (satties) still not showing any holecards & not allowing me to play (I've taken some screenshots of this too)

After finally figuring out how to get thru to LiveChat, I was reminded why I typically hate pokersite's live chat
As many times as I explained IT IS NOT A CONNECTION ISSUE!!!! they still did not hear me sigh

I have pics. showing tournament tables at 'the very same time' as FF cash tables. One has holecards, the other does not. How could I not be 'connected' but still be able to play a cash game but not a tourney???? Whoa ... sigh
