Sorry but I am still a little confused about running or installed.

My last question was,
"Can I play on Party Poker if I have VMWare installed but not running?"

No, I am afraid not
If you are found to be running the software - it will result in a ban and funds may be confiscated

I wont have the software running just installed?


I also have 'Microsoft Remote Desktop' installed. This is a Windows Service and is automatically installed with most versions of Windows 10.
I can't un-install Microsoft Remote Desktop as it is part of Windows. Am I allowed to play Party on Windows 10?

Perhaps some other members of the forum would like to discuss this here and help me out.

'Microsoft Remote Desktop' Is listed on https://www.partypoker.com/en/p/safer-poker in "Virtual Machines and Screen Sharing/Remote Access Software" as prohibited.
Microsoft Remote Desktop is automatically installed on your Windows 10 since build 1709.

You can check if Microsoft Remote Desktop is installed on your computer by going to Settings - System - and scroll down to the bottom of the left side pane.

I would hate to think that my funds could be temporarily confiscated due to a software I never use which was automatically installed by Windows.

Does anyone use Party on a Windows 10 computer with Microsoft Remote Desktop installed and feel safe to do so?

No I didn't deposit under cc500 bonus code because it isn't my first deposit on PP and I don't know if it applies otherwise.

As far as the site goes it is definitely reliable. I have deposited and withdrawn money multiple times. The software and this "my game" option is new to me since I haven't played since they removed HUDs from their client. No HUDs has its benefits, but you can still download all your hands and import them in your tracking software. Software is very similar to PS and that's because the same people are behind it(at least i read it somewhere).

Great customer support, as you can see from this thread, which reminds me to say thanks to Colette for her response.

Games are softer than on PS for sure, and even though they take more rake from the tables than PS, their rakeback system is much more rewarding than PS(someone correct me if I am wrong).


I would like also to ask anybody, since I can't find a way to efficiently write notes on players in game, how do you do it ?
You can't write notes in the replayer and if you try to make a note after the hand is over there is not enough time.
Then I have to wait and for that player to appear again just so I can write a note and if you are multitabling like I am that is very difficult and annoying.

If there are multiple failed log in attempts, the system will lock you out yes
Please follow up via email with the customer service teams - you need to ensure the email is sent from the same address registered on the account - they will be able to send a reset password email and then you can get back in a playing
