I have since received an email confirming there is bots and it's a constant war against cheats

Hello !! My opinion is this: if in doubt, do not trust and suspect constantly, stop playing. there are no bots on CardChat !!!

Bot AI

Do they exist? Can they be used? A bot should not only give odds, but automated moves are prohibited. So beware.

Bots?

I have been thinking about these bots when I was beaten 10 times in a row with my AA and flush etc.
Than I played a live event in my city with 60-65 players. I had AJ suited with short stack and went all-in, the guy called me with his JJ. I told him wow I have your other J.
Flop A73 rainbow and he hits his very last J on turn

So I see that bad beats happens in home games or anywhere.
My only suspicion was at BOL anytime I play tournaments I see top 5 is almost same all the time
I did not pay attention to that before but how it happens? They may be great players but all the time being at top 5-10?

I prefer to don`t believe on that... at least on the micro tournaments or cash...
But there is aways a possibity... So... it`s another reason to make a good management for ur BR...

If you have research poker as I have you will know the pros that made a good wage ten years ago simply struggle today, there's a larger group of good players now and the game has evolved, yes you get bad beats everywhere but when there's a large amount of the online entrants using bots/HUDS and multiple accounts with other players helping it's difficult to beat the field.

I don't believe that at Pokerstars have bots. But sometimes peoples are playing so strange at my tables. going all in with 27 and with small pairs so often. But you never know what stands behind that wall where we never be.

I dont know, PokerStars has good soft etc.. And how to see which player is bot and which isnt? I have heard that PartyPoker had bots some time ago but PokerStars is really good and safe software in my thoughts

Statistics says that there are bots in any room for sure. And I don't even blame rooms. People run programs that do all job, poker is pretty much solved game. We can make an analogy with Stockfish engine in chess. So lets just accept it and live.

I believe this bot story on PS is a legend, PS security is incredibly good, I already opened PS with open ICM training they detect right away and notify me immediately, an innocent program like ICM intern is easily detected a robot program

Good to know, I really want to believe thr biggest pokersites are reasonably honest and have strong security

Don't think there are bots as they would be discovered pretty soon.Not so sure tho about their ,, random" card generator and about the fact that there are sometimes(more often than i would like) bad players that get on incredible heaters and no matter what happens they cant lose .Just recently the biggest fish at my table which has been on a heater for 1 hr and busted everything and everyone even if he was severly dominated started tigheting up.Guess what my aces did against his kings ? In a huge tourney close to the bubble.You guessed it , king on the river .Im not a conspiracy theorist but this happened to me MORE times than the times that my hands actually held up and i wasnt busted by that miracle 4% or 2%.

It's online, so its very likely to have some sofisticated cheats/bots. But of course they are not from pokerstars, they dont need it. Just imagine on how much they would be charged if someone discovered that they were manipulating the cards/ creating bots + the platform would be shut down
There are 40.000 players online right now, probally someone has created a bot to play.
I dont think PS shuffle method are rigged, i mean, they won SO MUCH money from rake, like millions/day, they dont need to benefit some special player just to make you sad or because he makes more deposits.

Im not sure poker have as much money as to make milions of dollars in rake in a single day.
