First I tought you only would run it december thus that JP should fall in december (which already is funny cause this gives the indication that you are able to let it fall 100% in december)

Now I see private freerolls in the lobby with 200 tickets to the $5 spin and go and also see the private freerolls will run the 14th of januari.

This indicates to me you have changed the duration of this promo beyond December is this true and why?

I would love to see some stat with number of $5 sng played now and which higher ones have already hit. Just to see what you are doing is fair and I have argued about this with other players which do prefer you site and software.

And would it been possible that that 1 million JP fell on 1 december the first day of this promo?
I basically got interested in this case , after players would actually prefer your site and play there very often, said to me they think you first have to make a big amount on those $5 spin and go's before you can trigger the JP

Little annoying that you still advertised Ultimate bonus today when I logged into client, and I enter Star Code just to see that it has already expired. Was away in Dubai for little over a week so no chance to use a promotion.

i have a question about the fpps. do you guys wait until you get 100k of them for the $1.6k bonus? cos that would take a while to realise that bonus, maybe i would be better off making little deposits to represent each increment of the bonus as a rakeback booster to my bankroll? and then when i reach 100k i can get the bonus and cashout all my little deposits? or would it be better to let it out all as one big bonus?

Just to clarify, the $1M Spin & Go payouts are indeed random and it is not a cumulative jackpot promotion. Yes, it could have occurred at any time during the promotion. In the end, we had three of these Spin & Gos hit in a relatively short period of time in January and three new millionaires crowned. The promotion was designed to be extended until the end of January and beyond that if there was still no $1M winner.

If the goal was to have our best month then why start the promo in the middle of the month? I have 30 days to clear it; so half of it has been done in January and the rest will be done in February. So no not really "the best month" but the best 30 days.

It would have been fun to start on the first of the month instead.

You say the idea was for us to beat our best month of 2014 however I can only speak for myself but I was asked to accumulate 3100 points on order to receive my bonus however I'm 100% certain that I never made more than 1500 vpps in any single month last year so to be asked to get over 3000 points is a bit absurd

I just had the usual PokerStars client update preformed today April 10 2015 and most of my settings are gone. My table theme has been changed and I have to perform all sorts of adjustments. This is not funny. What was this update?

The PokerStars main lobby is not saving its last location as usual. All sorts of weird stuff are happening. I hope I did not lose my players color markers.

When is poker stars going to fix their crappy software, as you can see from pic I had 100% connection and I called an all in but the table froze for about 2 mins and then the chips go the wrong way.

Getting very tired of the constant freezing and regular forced shutdowns.
