Which country is going to win the Fifa World Cup?

Today, Brazil is a AA against a 7-3(japan) in the blind. But, who understand football, knows that like in poker, a 7-3 can win. So, be carefull Brazil with the allin in the blind.

Morocco vs the Netherlands : draw, extra time, then penalties. Who will advance is unpredictable.
Whoever advances will beat that crap out of Canada in the next round *

In my opinion, if Brazil manages to advance to the next round today, it will be with difficulty, as Japan is a very well-organized team.

Lets hope Brazil will bust today against Japan. I like sensations and I want to see if Vinicius will still dance if that happens.

I would say its more like Brazil is AA and Japan 89 suited.

Well, the Brazil-Japan match is already a surprise.
Are there enough Brazilians to save the match for a draw? Or maybe they'll turn it around?
The Japanese are on the side of the Argentines. So far, it looks like the Argentina-Brazil match won't happen either.

So Japen hits two pairs on the flop but Brazil hits another A on the turn.

Japan fought well but it wasn't enough.
Brazil however far away from team top condition. They need to improve to be able to compete against the likes of Argentina , France or Germany

You were correct . Japan were very impressive till the end and Brazil once again mostly disappointing .

I’ve seen good progress in the Brazilian national team's football. They’ve moved up in my rankings of favorites—which, at the moment, are France, Argentina, Brazil, and Spain. I believe Argentina and Brazil will face each other in one of the semifinals, with Argentina as the favorite.
Do you still believe in Brazil ? They were more lucky than good today .

Playing against 11 cowardly Japanese players who won't leave their defense is really tough. What exactly did you see in Japan that was so impressive? I still don't get it. Is that what football is to you—11 cowardly players sitting in defense and just playing for that one lucky chance?

Like Argentina 🇦🇷 I dream of seeing the “feat” of our National Team repeat for the fourth time ♥️

Japan played some bold soccer till Brazil tied it up . Perhaps they lost their courage then . And cowardly ? Plenty of squads , both domestic and international, pack the penalty box nowadays .That's not new .

They didn't just sit back, they broke with pace and took chances. And they were pragmatic (still entertaining) ,not cowardly.

My dear English friend, you’re absolutely right: for you lot — who invented football, fair play, and also afternoon tea — that Japanese defensive masterclass was pure genius. But for us Brazilians, it’s like they walked onto the pitch in suits and ties, carrying a bloody Excel spreadsheet.

Here in Brazil, 'pragmatic football' is almost a swear word. We don’t just support our team — we suffer for it. If our boys don’t attempt at least three rabonas, one bicycle kick, and a dribble that ends up embarrassing themselves, the crowd will be calling for the manager’s head in the town square. Our favourite tactical formation is 'let Neymar figure it out', and our defence is more of a suggestion than an actual commitment.

So yes, to me, watching a team that refuses to attack is like watching an action film with no explosions — technically correct, but emotionally devastating. Still, I respect your pragmatic view… after all, you’re the people who turned queueing into an Olympic sport.

Going to the England vs Congo game in Atlanta on Wednesday, and then the Argentina vs Cape Verde on the 7th and the semifinal here on July 15th. We never dreamed we could have these experiences. I am excited - but really overjoyed for my husband who has been a huge football fan since he was old enough to know what it is.

Since he is English, we will be cheering on England on Wednesday!

Not sure on the 7th - of course Argentina should win and we love that team, but it is hard not to root for the underdog in this game.
Wow Debi, thats amazing for you guys. I hope you both enjoy the game, but especially your husband, as that will mean England have put on a good performance and got through.

I think its more likely to be a bit more of the same though with DR Congo defending and England struggling a bit⚽

Brazil was lucky and Germany looking shocking in extra time at the moment.

Brazil had emotions against Japan. After a first half in which they had possession but failed to create much danger at the Japanese goal and even went into the break trailing, Ancelotti's boys demonstrated their superior value in the second half and turned the score around, winning 2-1 in the end and qualifying for the round of 16.

I can't believe it...came to a penalty shootout between Germany and Paraguay.
Starting right now.
Very entertaining haha
