My opinion

I kind of wonder the validity too. It is because I go into a play thinking the same outcome shouldn't happen again and it does happen again. Your trying to figure the odds of the play, that shouldn't always be your set up, so you can figure a good bet to make money and the same outcome comes.

I feel that good hands are more common in online poker than in live poker. But obviously, this may just be an impression, as we tend to play many more hands per hour online.

WPN frequently favors players who get it in bad. Normally I wouldn't post this but I see these types of run outs happen a lot. The RNG
isn't close to being random and odds mean nothing on WPN. Hopefully online poker will be legalized in my state and we can get some legit sites to play on.

So you think that "legalized" sites are going to be different? [emoji38]

I've played on WPN for a long time and I think they are trustworthy, often updating their software too etc, a lot of networks are on it, mainly big sites like ACR too.
Consider this: What advantage do they get for favoring players "who get it in bad"?
Also if an RNG isn't random then it wouldn't be an rng.

And odds don't mean much, to win euromillions you also have only about 1/150mil chance, still often someone wins the jackpot.
In online poker there are just much more hands and cards dealt so you will have a lot more hands that will 'go wrong" than in live play where it goes much slower.

Don't tell me it's not in the best interest of a site to reward players who deposit regularly, play multiple tables, higher stakes, higher buy in tournaments, over a player who starts out playing freerolls, gets a small bankroll, and only plays micro stakes tables. Exactly who is checking?

One game I was in yesterday, the same player was involved in 75% of hands and hit the flop every time, playing totally random looking hands, taking out player after player. I knew when I went all in against him with KK that I was likely to lose. On this occasion another player was also all in, turned over AA, and the villain turned over K6 offsuit, 2 6's on the board and both of us out. And this was preflop action as well, the AA raised 3x, villain 3bet, I shoved, AA shoved over the top and villain called.

I refuse to accept it's not rigged and have quit that site.

I think it is. The reason being that computers cannot produce "random numbers". The program uses the same algorithm to produce the random numbers. If it was constantly changing to a different program to produce the numbers it may be different.

How often would-be players blame all their troubles at the table Fortune. And they do not know that the belief that only luck will provide a prize in the game, they become even more hopeless. How many curses strewed towards Lady Luck after a big loss ?! Mediocrity is always justified by the lack of luck. And how seldom we think about it, ripping off the bank.

Poker

Luck, chance, and professionalism in online poker do not mean anything, since the one who deals the cards earns money there. This is a theorem. Huge traffic and millions of dollars are deposited in the pockets of the founders, but not the players. This is understandable to a fool. So, everyone decides for themselves whether to play or not. For me, it's just a hobby, entertainment, spending time and taking a break from life and work. At first, of course, I thought that I would win a lot of money, but over time I realize that in online poker this is not possible if you do not Deposit your money there. Need to be prudent, unfortunately I have this rarely is obtained) "All good, morning, days and night)))

I think that ACR is full of bots but I think that ACR owns those bots. These unregulated sites will always make me use caution.

I don’t think it’s rigged but it’s definitely dubious in how it favours the bigger stacks which may seem obvious as this is an advantage in itself. Just now I was in a tournament had 18,000 chips left and was big blind with one person ahead of me calling the bb, I had Q8 and the flop was Q 5 J, he bet 2,000 so I thought now was a chance to double my chips with a high pair been the best I’d seen in a while. He called and turns over Q 7, no surprises what turned up on the river a 7, I see this quite a lot and it does feel your hard done by sometimes but I suppose the luck does go around and works both ways, good luck all

It can sometimes look like this. But the theory of probability is impossible to refute. You can write a program with a given algorithm and the game will become more unpredictable, but why incredible distributions happen on the tables of offline tournaments. You need to get used to this. Ask Phil Hellmuth about poker odds.:hahaha:

It is the truth what you say in this publication and that happened to me with big hands I ended up losing with marginal hands and since everyone does not go wrong at some point, it only remains to get up and try to break the bad moment that one step ends up losing poker with another poker of a higher hand

Online poker seems rigged because the play is much faster paced than in live play. You can go through 10, 15 hands in no time at all which leaves far more craziness to occur. I'd also say that in my experience, generally there is more wild play online. So you are way more likely to see some ludicrous bad beats or unbelievable / risky plays.

Think of the times when you've folded 2-7 off in a live tourney and get 773 on the flop. Or anything similar. These things happen. I myself am far more likely to donk out online - but would never do many things I do online in a live situation. There's the added element of actually being around other people which keeps you in line too. So: more space for wild plays in low risk low stake games online does undoubtedly lead to insane bad beats and tilt-inducing poor play. But is it rigged? I don't think so.

It's called variance matey. Especially on a 2700 man tournament. An all in on a flush flop is pretty much screaming at u that I've got a flush. You've got about 24% equity to make a full house so one in four times you'll theoretically win that hand. This happens millions of times every day. You're not the only one!

If I can predict the river card, 9 out of 10 times, does it mean it’s rigged.

Miracle card on the river, or runner runner.... I seem to have a supernatural ability to create the miracle card to appear. Not in my favour.

And predict the cards

I won’t talk about myself right now, just when a player with a big stack wins each hand with either hand, and people with AA and KK fly out of the tournament, playing against him, then the whole truth about the random number generator is visible.
