I would like to make a suggestion to the software for a better playing experience: It would be great if it would be possible to put a custom profile picture and an option to turn on/off pictures of other players.
Username: CenoteAzul
Thanks for your attention.

I don't even know what language they're using to ask for the reactivation of my account, which was disabled without any reason. It's an injustice what they're doing to me... They're asking for proof of a Skrill deposit and the last activity from the last day I used the account. Who knows what I did? I answered them at the time, and they told me it was incorrect. I was doing the same thing as always: playing all the tournaments. As for Skrill, they don't provide the latest transactions or transfer records. It's clear that the request is deliberate, designed to prevent me from getting my account back.888Rep said:Hello,

I have a colleague who can't verify her account; she's in Chile! Her Chilean documents are up to date.
Every time she tries to verify her account through the app, it's declined!
Is there a support email address she can send them to?
I have sent all of your queries over for you.john_entony said:Dear, @888Rep !
I would like to let you know that the technical issue with withdrawals has been resolved. I have just one request: I submitted a copy of my passport in the verification section of the PC app. Please delete my verification request, as the technical issue has been resolved. My 888 username is john_entony.
Thank you in advance!![]()

If it is necessary to verify my account again, I have sent scanned copies of my passport, a bank statement showing my home address, and utility bill to your email: [email protected]
I sent all the necessary documents from my email address: [email redacted]
Please enable withdrawals as soon as possible, as I need the money in my account to survive during the war. My 888 account is: john_entony
Thank you in advance!![]()
Sent this over for you.Poison91 said:After almost a year, I see that when I access the 888 Poker website to reactivate my account, the help center and online help options are blocked. They're asking for the amounts of my first and last deposits via Skrill, and Skrill doesn't provide those records. Obviously, there's no way for me to do what they're asking. I already gave them my Facebook username, which I've used to comment on Latam League promotions for two years. That already proves I'm the account holder. I also have my Cardschat username, which I used to play tournaments with the main account, TIMBA_RAZA... another way to show I'm the owner. Third, I have the email and password for the main account, but I can't access it because it's disabled, and they haven't even told me why. What more do they want? Timba_raza id 817925191
To reactivate my account, you're sending me the same thing again. I already told you I made two transfers through Skrill: one by bank transfer and then another to withdraw via Skrill because it was more convenient for me due to the withdrawal delays and fees. Second, Skrill isn't providing me with transaction history, and I have no way to check the account since it's disabled. You're asking me to tell you what I did the last day, and I gave you the same answer as always: play all the freerolls. Nobody has an infinite memory and can give you a detailed account of everything they did in a single day when they play more than 40 freerolls. And obviously, I told you I did it from my computer, in my city, and in my country. If those three things aren't listed, it means someone accessed my account. I don't know what else you want, but I think you have to give me a way to recover my account since I gave you everything you asked for, except for the transaction receipts that Skrill isn't providing.888Rep said:Hello,
